Rain's POV

I was at daddy's office and its my first time going here.

I nervously sat on one of the couches and looked around. After a while my dad went inside and followed by his secretary.

He handed him some folders and walked off.

I looked at him as he exhaustingly sat on his chair and opened one folder.

He saw me looking at him I reacted quickly and looked away.

I heard a chuckle and he called me over to him.

I slowly and nervously walked and towards his table.

When i got their neither of us knew how to start a smooth conversation considering the fact that we bearly even know each other. I mean i did help him achieve mommy's heart again but that was only because i wanted to have a complete and happy family.

"So...how's your day?" he asked

I looked at him and smiled, "Not any better than you" i replied he laughs a bit and replies,

"I caught you staring at me heh, your mom used to do that all the time" he grins.

I raised a brow,

"Her? Or you?" I shot

He blushded in embarrassment and laughs afterwards.

"naughty girl! well its true" he said and brushed my hair.

I laughed then dad's phone rang.

He grabbed his phone and looked at me,

"Just a moment" he says.

He answers the call and i waited for a bit..

"Oh..Dad? Yeah rain is here"

I quickly looked at him when I heard my name.

"sure we'll be there any mimute" he said and then ends the call.

He looked at me and said, "Uhm your grandma and grandpa wants to see you at their manor, is that alright with you?"

"Granny? And grandpa? I- i dont know what if they dont like me...Like..My other grandma" i said

His expression becomes sad after what i said. He carried me and placed me on his lap. "Dont worry honey, these grandparents of yours are much nicer and more caring. They'll show you what a real good person they are..especially for you" he assured me

I smiled at my dad and said, "Ok i trust you...Dad.."

He smiles and said, "You better get used in saying that" he adds a wink.

I giggled and he called his secretary driver to get the car ready.

Dad held my hand as we walked out of the building, while walking i saw some whispers and gossips from daddy's workers. I ignored them and continued walking. We got in the car and drove.

When we arrived I saw my grandparents at the door and another man who almost looks like daddy...Is he his brother?

Dad held my hand again and smiled at me. I saw the house and it was HUGE! Bigger than my mommy's ego *coughs*
