School the next day was long and torturous and it made Changbin want to drop out immediately.
He tried keeping his head up as best as he could, but his right arm was getting cramped and that was unfortunate because he wanted to use both fists to punch his best friend's face in after school. A sliver of mischief had crawled up his asshole and for the past hour, every breath his best mate exhaled was used to get on each and every last one of Changbin's nerves.
"Lee Yong-bok, I swear to god..." Changbin snarled. "Shut your trap or I'll shit on your desk."
Felix flashes the enraged brunette a sly grin before resuming his mantra — tapping his desk with drumsticks (pencils), kicking Changbin's chair, and muttering some weird rap in that baritone voice of his.
"'This is a Christian server. Keep scrolling or you're going to hell' —" Felix took a deep breath as if preparing to spit mad bars for the next hour — "'Grab a Bible don't skeetskeetskeet. I'm a Christian and I don't beat my meat. I pray to the Lord every day. See the titties and I gotta go away. You a Christian? Better not skeet. Got church every day, every week. Jesus is my PornHub - NO HOMO - the Bible is my first love.'"
Felix flashed Changbin a wide grin; one that showed off his two canine teeth as he says, "Oo woo oo, hyung."
Changbin rolled his eyes.
"I should beat your ass."
"Want me to finish the rap, hyung?" The Australian teased.
Changbin smacked him upside the head, but Felix's shit-eating grin remained.
The teacher seemed to be fed up with the distraction from those two and was about to give them a proper scolding before the bell rang, indicating the student's break time.
Changbin exhaled, relieved. Saved by the bell, thank God. He couldn't afford to have the school call his mom again.
"Hyung, hyung, hyung," Felix whines, sprawling himself over Changbin's desk. "I'm so hungry, hyung. Buy me something. Please treat me with lots of delicious food, yeah? Okay, hyung? Ahh, I'm so hungry I think I might pass out." Felix dramatically clutches his stomach.
Changbin twists his face in disbelief.
"Eyyy, look at this rascal." Changbin clicked his tongue and did a show of shaking his head but was already rummaging for his wallet. "You think money grows on trees, punk? Unbelievable. Hyung is gonna teach you, Felix. You're gonna learn something today. I'm a cool hyung, right?"
"Thanks, hyung ~ " Felix sang, diving in for a hug.
Suddenly, their classroom door swiftly slid open to reveal a girl from another class. She stood bent over and breathing heavily, hands on her knees.
"Guys," she exhaled sharply. "There's... there's..."
"This what you get for declining my invitation to jog with me every morning."
She held up a finger and placed her other hand on her waist. "Shut up, Aera."
There was another dramatic minute of her breathing in and out while coughing. Then someone handed her a bottle of water and after taking a swig, she started talking again.
"Everyone, there's a fencing match happening right now. Some transfer student is seriously beating Jinyoung-sunbae. I'm serious. Come quick, the match isn't over yet."
At the very mention of the legendary Jinyoung-sunbae being beaten, everyone in the classroom bolted up and raced to the strip, eager to see the match with their own eyes.
