Chapter 10- Hogwarts

"So, are you excited?"

"I'm a little bit nervous but this is a new step for me. It will be fun,"

"Of course it will be fun. I know it's new but if something goes wrong or you get hurt we can always stop,"

"You're right," Sabrina admits.

"Good. Then let's finish packing for Hogwarts," I say.

I mean come on. A magic school for witches? That's Hogwarts and don't tell me otherwise.

We won the trial. Sabrina gets to live her human live but also gets to walk the path of night. Now she's going to be attending two schools. A human school, and a witch school. Of course I'm going with her because the witches there are not particularly nice.

The problem is that (obviously) I'm very famous there so I can't accompany her in the dorms and if she has classes I don't (which is most likely since I'm already very skilled at magic), I won't be seeing her there either. I guess my best chances are lunch and after class.

It's been so busy here. All I've been doing is greeting people. '(y/n)! Look I sacrificed someone for you! Are you happy? Did I do well?' It's making me sick. Can't a demon get some rest?

My worries slowly lift off when I remember what I'm doing. I'm walking towards the cafeteria where, hopefully, I can see Sabrina again. I need to know how she's been.

I see her honey, blonde curls sticking out and I pick up my pace. My worries come slamming back down when I see who she's with. Nick Scratch and Prudence with her minions. I can't believe she's talking to Prudence of all people.

"Hey, Sabrina," I say as I sit down next to her. Her head jolts up and a smile appears as soon as she realises it's me. Good.

"(y/n)! Please join me,"

"Like you had a choice," I giggle.

From the corner of my eye I spot a venomous Prudence, great.

"(y/n), it's been too long dear," She says with a fake, nice voice.

"Not really. I say the amount of contact we had was more than enough,"

"But we never spoke,"

"Exactly," I snap back.

I hear Nick laughing as Prudence stares at him with fire in her eyes. Then her 'kind' face returns and she opens her mouth again.

"Oh come on. One moment we are making out and the next we don't speak. I think we ended things too quickly, don't you?"

I don't know how to answer this. I look over to Sabrina who put it together.

"You dated?" It comes out as a statement more than a question.

"That's an exaggeration," I defend myself.

"You know what. I don't care, it's probably been a long time and it's also none of my buiseness. Let's just go," Sabrina says as she grabs my hand and drags me with her.

She leans against a wall outside. I just stare at the ground in shame. Me and Prudence were never really serious but I still didn't want Sabrina to know about it.

"So, you and Prudence?" She breaks the silence.

"It's nothing. It was a really long time ago anyway, I've forgotten all about it,"

"How did it end?"

"I realised she was quite the bitch and I didn't want to surround myself with that kind of people so we parted. It was nothing big,"

"I get it, I'm not angry or anything. You can date whoever you want, it's none of my business,"

"It is though. I want to be honest to you about everything and I don't want you to think I like anyone else besides you. I want you and only you," I explain.

"Thanks," She says with a blush on her face.

"So how was your day?"

"I'm not learning any magic,"

"Seriously?"

"They think I'm not ready,"

"That's bullshit,"
She grabs a blue, cube-like thing out of her bag.

"I need to solve this puzzle in order to learn magic. I solve it, I get better classes,"

"Great, I know you can do it,"

"Nicholas is going to help me,"

"Scratch?"

"Yeah, why?"

"He clearly has a crush on you!"

"I've only known him for a day,"

"He wants to get some! You should stop seeing him. I know him, he's a player and he's crushing on you. Not to mention he's dated all of the sisters, at the same time,"

"I think you're jealous," Sabrina smirks.

"What?" I flush bright red.

"Omg you're jealous! That's so cute!" She laughs.

"I'm the daughter of the dark Lord, I'm not cute!" I try to resist it.
Sabrina kisses me on the cheek.

"I have to go get settled in the dorm, see you later cutie," And with that she leaves.

Unbelievable....
