Chapter 4

Ari's arms become tighter around my waist so I put my hands over his and he loosens up his arms just a little. It was enough to not make me feel squished. If I remember correctly that was the day their cousin came into town and she was in love with Donte so she would always try and kiss him. That's one of the reasons why he never wanted to be home alone with her. Knowing this information can help this conversation end so I can go back to Ari's house and eat food. So taking a breath, I say what I have to say.

"Excuse me but Donte would never cheat on you. The girl, you saw kissing him was, in fact, his cousin. She is in love with him which is why he always told you to stay in the room with him when she was down in town for a few days. That was also the day, you went to Lucas's house which is across the street from his house to make out with Lucas. You can't say anything because I have pictures to prove it and when Maxxie tried to confront you, you got defensive quickly. That wasn't the only time you cheated on him. So please don't lie about Donte cheating on you; his a good person and doesn't need a back-stabbing girl who doesn't know who she wants talking shit about him. If we are done here we would like to pay for our things and be on our way.", I say not feeling shy.

The female just nods her head. After the female was done ringing us up and we paid; we head back to the motorcycle and go home. Getting home was easier than when we left. We put everything away and we walk to the living while Ari asks me something.

"Luis, do you want to go to the dance?", Ari asks while rubbing the back of his neck.

"No, but I would be lying to you so I would have to say yes.", I say not looking at Ari but I do have a smile on my face.

"Would you like to be my date for the dance?", Ari ask.

Without hesitating, I answered, "I would love to be your date but I don't have the right dress on for that dance."

I see Ari smile at me before grabbing my hand and leading me to his room and I see half the room with his things and half of the girl things. I'm guessing it's his girlfriend's things.

"Luis, the girl things are for you. I notice how you always liked girl things so I figured I could get you, them. I don't have a girlfriend because I don't want a girlfriend. I want a boyfriend and his name is Luis.", Ari says.

Before I could say anything there was a bang then the door opening and closing then feet running up the stairs to Ari's room door to that door opening and slamming to hear two people panting. We both turn to see a boy and a girl.

"B...B...Boss, w...we have a situation.", the boy says while panting.

"And what would that be, James?", Ari asks.

"Lucas plans to bring his gang to the dance and he plans to hurt Maxxie and Jackie!", the girl screams out.

I feel Ari's aura change from calm to serious. Not looking up from where I put my eyes, I hear Ari's feet stop right by me. Ari doesn't say anything to but he says, "Get everyone to that dance, I'll be there in two minutes but I want someone to look after Luis just in case it's a trap just so he can get him. Luis stay here, I will get them back, I promise.", while getting his biker jacket from the bed and walks out with James and the girl. Knowing Ari full well I can say I have no time to get ready before I have someone watching me just like Ari asked someone too. I hear the front door close for the second time today. The door opens once more but it's quite for someone from Ari's gang. Listening carefully to the way the person walks. Their feet make a heavy sound so it's a boy but it also means he's wearing biker boots, which means it's not someone from Ari's gang. Time to get going. Quickly but quietly I change into black skinny jeans, a black tank top with a leather jacket along with black combat boots. Knowing both gangs are going to be there it means weapons so heading to Ari's bed, I reach under the bed to grab a chest and pull it out. Opening it up, I see a couple of knives along with some handguns, pistols, rifles, shotguns, etc. I need some close range and far range weapons just in case I have to get close and personal. I use more knives than anything else so I'm going to have more knives than guns on me. Grabbing Ari's revolver along with my handgun and slide them both behind my shirt in the back, then putting my throwing knives, fixation bowie, Kershaw 4000, secret agent fixed blade boot knife and Schrade SCHF19 small boot double edge fixed blade knife was all where I needed them to be.

Once I'm done doing all that, I quickly check if the guy is still in the hall to find his feet not anywhere, which isn't good for me but I'm not going to let that stop me. Quickly and quietly move across the wall to the staircase to see the guy sleeping on the couch. Perfect; going to Maxxie's motorcycle which is a super low that is red. Yes, I know I'm afraid of motorcycles but my sister and my best friend are in some deep trouble so if my family and friends are in trouble, I don't care if I'm scared of a stupid motorcycle. Getting on the death trap, I speed off to the winter formal. Taking the back way is the fastest rotate to get to the place and I also know that there will be two people watching the front door if I try to take them, one of them can tell Lucas that I'm here which I don't want to get Jackie or Maxxie killed. Getting to the back door. Slowing down so the guys in the front don't hear it and come running to the back. I stop at the alley that is across from the back door; knowing that the back door is going to be locked, I can take the roof door down to where I need to go. So climbing the ladder to the roof of the apartment buildings that I'm parked next to, once I get on the rooftop, I jump onto the building that I need to be on. Jogging over to find the door unlocked, quickly but quietly I pull out my handgun before opening the door. Locking both ways to make sure that no one is there once I found that there isn't anyone, I make my way down to the first floor to hear Lucas, Harry, Maxxie, and Ari; all talking or I should say screaming at each other.
