Into the Darkness/ Intro

Chapter 1' We get attacked by pods

My name is Trent Foxx and I'm 14. I live with my mom and 2 younger sisters. My mom's name is Kim Foxx and my sisters are Emerald and Diamond Foxx. My dad died years ago. My whole life I've been training hard to have my revenge on the one called the over lord. You see, apparently I'm the chosen one. The procephy says that I'm destined to defeat him or die at his hand. I think you can guess which one I'd prefer. Any way I'm a half human half demon otherwise called a pureblood. I can control the 4 elements, water, earth, fire, and air. Plus I'm a level 33 sorceror. I fight with my sword and wand. Hey never know when you need magic. "Trent," mom called. "Dinner time." I headed inside. My sisters were practicing their sorcery. Uh-oh, I thought. I ducked as a tunnel of flames lit up the air around me. "Aww man," I complained. I glared at them. They giggled. "Mooomm!" I yelled. "They did it again." "No training until after dinner," she scolded. We all sat down." Diamond would you please say grace," my mother asked. After grace we begun to eat. "So mom," I started. "When will I be ready?" She studied me. "Hopefully never" she responded. She never really liked the idea of me facing the over lord. She sighed. "But soon. Also we, " She never finished her thought. we all felt it. Something strong was headed our way, closing in fast. "Come on Emerald and Diamond," I yelled. The 3 of us raced outside. Bounding down the street was a huge half lion half dragon being. "Sphinx," I said through gritted teeth. It's eyes were fixed on me. "Byuaku," I shouted. My sword appeared in my hand. Emerald dove to my left, Diamond to my right. Me, I charged it head on at the last moment i side flipped on it's back and i dove my sword in it's neck. "Rrroooaaarrr!" it screamed flinging me through the air. My sisters sent waves of flame at it from each side of me. I hesitated to attack. It shouldn't have been able to grab me much less throw me. Hmm I thought. "Myiah be a cas rop uno destrias," I shouted the palm of my hand pointed at the beast. A bright light flashed and the beast was trapped in an invisible prison. My sisters glared at me. "What," I protested. "Why didn't you kill it," Diamond demanded. "Because somethings weird about it. Look" I pointed. It was free. It now had it's eyes on Emerald. I imagined my sisters getting hurt. I rose to the air then flew open my eyes now bright red. I thrust my arms blasting wind at the beast knocking it a few feet. "Momosaursisas" I chanted moving my hands up causing a tsunami of earth to bury the beast. It discentragted. I allowed my eyes to return to normal. My sisters stared at me. "How," they stammerd. I didn't get to explain. The ground under me began to crumble. I jumped and rolled over on my feet. From it arouse darknes it self the over lord. "Greetings Trent Foxx. You took down 1 of my pods now take on 10 more." he said. "Go inside," i yelled to my family. I put a barrier around the house blocking off the monsters. In case you hadn't noticed the over lord ruled our realm and caused darkness every where he went. Everyone whoever faced him has died. The last to face him was my dad. I gritted my teeth. "Lets do this," I said. Then I charged.
