It had been 15 minutes. Late at a time lke this, I thought. 20 more mintes went by. Finally they materilaized next to me. "Let me go, where are you taking me," Sabrina yelled. Then she saw me. Here we go , I thought. She grinned uncontrolably. "Trent she said, "T o what do I owe the pleasure." She winked at me. I smiled. "I see you haven't changed," I say. Me Jamal, and Sabina had been friends since preschool. I hadn't seen them in years. "How are you guys," I asked. "What was so important," Jamal demanded. Jamal was always laid back like that. Not only was he cocky but he was a powerful allie in battle. He could shapeshift and he could control flames and create his own to use. I stared at him. Then I told them everything. Jamal got mad and launched a fire ball aiming at the swings but instead melting everthing there. Well there goes te park, I thought. "How could you be so stupid," Jamal demanded."What I'm not the one who just melted the whole park and I was a little to busy fighting for my life to notice it was a trick," I snapped. I stormed away towad the last remaing item there, a bench. Jamal approached me. "Look man I'm sorry it's just, you know how much your family means to me, you guys took me in. It was true. We found him when he was 5, and he was struggling for food and already fighting of monsters. I looked at him. "I's cool man,"Then I told them my game plan. "All I have to do is swim in the plymoth river.(for the readers reading this right now the plymoth river is like the river styx of greek ledgend, which toughens your body and makes you stronger but if you don't concentrate you'll be a pile of ashes in seconds). Sabrina looked horrified. "You could die," she cried. "What choice do I have," I say. She olled her eyes and started walking away. "Where are you going," I snapped. "Home, where I don't ave o see my boyfriend die in front of me" she said. I super sped in front of her. "Look I know it's risky but it's our best shot at defeating you know who, please I need you." Those were he magic words for her. She blushed and agreed to come."But I don't like it," she said. Sabrina had the ability to teleport and she could contol air currents to her own use. She fought with her bow and 5 inch dagger. 3 level 3 sorcerors against the dark lord and his army. I liked my chances. We had all trained our whole lives. "What about me" a voice asked. Suess our war gremblin and also our head of border control. "Where were you when my parents got kidnapped." I asked. Suess beaded with sweat. "Sorry kid, Iwas asleep. My eyes went red. "What!!!!," I bellowed. I lifted him using the air around me to choke him. "Wait, you need me only goblins and trolls can get in," I let him go letting my vision return to normal. "Fine but you're fired when we get back." I said. Sabrina slipped e hand into mine and I softened a little bit. "It's goning to be okay," she said. I knew she was right, but... Jamal nudged me. "Come on lets go," he said. With that we headed into the woods. I thought I could hear Suess saying "Stupid pureblood you just wait and see what the over lord has in store for you. I looked back."What was that," I asked. He claimed he didn't say a thing.
