Into the Darkness/ Intro

trouble awaits in the tower

I was surprised to see Goblin Tower was nothing like I imagined. It was clean, neat, tidy just about every clean word you can think of. Any way we climbed to the top and what was waiting us? An army that's what.  A freakin army of pods. "Man I hate these guys." Jamal stated. There were a couple thousand of them. "Let me try something," I said. I allowed my eyes to go red. I lifted off the ground into the air. I began to chant in Ancient Greek. "Airblades," I bellowed. Daggers of wind cut through the first thousand. But I wasn't done yet. I started doing hand signs when a wave a darkness knocked to the ground. I couldn't move. Sabrina summoned her bow, Jamal his flaming sword. They plowed through legions at a time. I tried to get up but I couldn't. It didn't matter. In a few minutes they were all dead. Sabrina and Jamal were drenched in sweat. Whoever threw the darkness must've been dead because the effects wore off. I got to my feet. "Thanks guys," I said. "Yea well what a friends for." Jamal said. "We kill each other's enemies and have fun, isn't that right." I smiled. Then something I can't explain happened. I knocked them both down. "Bow down to me," I said. But it wasn't my voice. "What the hell are you doing?"Jamal demanded trying to get up. I punched him in the face repeatedly. "Trent stop," Sabrina said. what are you doing, I asked myself. It took all my will power but i finally snapped out of it. Jamal glared at me as I moved away from them. "What the hell was that," Sabrina demanded slapping me. "Ok ow," I stated. "And it wasn't me. The over lord pocessed me somehow." I explained. Jamal got up. "Your voice was different," he said suspiciously. "I promise it wasn't me dude, you gotta believe me," I said. "I believe you,"He assured me. "But do you think he pocessed you with the help of that colum of dark," he asked. "Maybe," I said thinking. "Guys," Sabrina called pointing at her phone. "It's time." Together we made our way to the top of the tower.
