Chapter 4

(A/N: sorry for the long wait, I've been busy at school taking care of my forms before our graduation.)

"I.. What are you guys?" The others looked at (Y/N) in confusion. "Obviously we're skeletons." Red said with sarcasm. "I can see that. But I don't know any skeletons like you... I mean alive, and walking, talking, breathing... do you even need air?" Thoughts swarmed her mind as she started to drift away to her imagination world. "Our race is called monsters. And yes, we do need air. Monsters are made up of magic so almost everything is possible." The voice of Outer snapped her out of her thoughts. "Monsters...? I remember someone telling me about monsters. I thought you guys were just from old books... or something."  (Y/N) said, trailing off once again, thinking of the things that actually might be true.

(Y/N)'s POV

Wow, this is happening. Maybe I read to much fantasy books that my life became one? Oh Lord help me. I sighed then I noticed that everyone was silent. It's a little weird looking at them. I mean skeletons, really? Sure they don't look like human skeletons, which would be creepy if they did, but it's not everyday you get to experience this right? And this is the first time in a while that I've been out of my room for more than three hours.... I guess this isn't so bad. I stood up and put my hands on my waist. "Since, you all will be staying here for the mean time, I should start showing you where you'll sleep." I said, my brows slightly furrowed and my lips pressed together tightly forming a wavy line. "Coolio, I've been dying to lay on a bed." Sans said with a relieved expression. Once again, I heard Fell grunt. "Follow me then." I said, they all stood up and followed me upstairs. I sure need to get used of their presence in the house from now on. I lead them to the second floor which showed a long hallway with doors adjacent to each other. "I guess you could pick which room you'd like?" I said but it turned to be more like a question. Sans gave me a chuckle before walking towards the closest door. I walked towards him and gave him a slight nod. The door was decorated with rectangle patterns and it was painted white. I opened the door and stepped aside to let him in. The walls of the room were painted dark cyan, the corners and the ceiling were painted white and the furnitures were baby blue, pearl white and some with gray. I couldn't help but smile when I saw that Sans' face lit up a bit before he went to the queen sized bed beside the window and immediately fell asleep. He got a good luck on picking the room, it seemed to suit his taste. "(Y/N)." I turned to the door when someone called me. It was Outer. I quickly got out of the room to tend their needs. The rooms pretty much looked liked each other but with different color scheme and some materials. They were parallel to each other and at the end of each hallway was a bedroom. So basically, five bedrooms each wing. My bedroom was located away from the other bedrooms though.

Outer walked to the door in front of Sans' bedroom. All of the doors were pretty much the same in color but the rooms were the one that's different, Outer's room was dark blue and pale yellow colored. I just let Horror and Dust go to their rooms, I did NOT want to be with them, at least for now. Dust's room was ash gray and dark indigo while Horror's was dirty white and crimson red. They were parallel to each other at the end of the right wing. Lust picked a rather fancy room, it was beside Outer's room and the color scheme is white and electric blue. This room was rather fancy because it was the only room with a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, except for mine. Blue picked the bedroom at the end of the left wing, the room walls were colored sky blue and the tiles were quartz and from there you could see the garden full of lily of the valley and roses, also some prim rose, poppies, and daisies here and there. I see G enter the room at the very corner of the right wing, beside Horror and Dust's room. I didn't bother checking on him as he quickly shut the door, the room was black and white for sure and you could see the view of the swimming pool from there. Fell didn't seem to care and went to the first room at the right wing, the room was also dark but more of warm colors, red, gold and brown.

As they all walk into their rooms to get some rest, I looked down, unsure of what to do. I glanced at Sans' room knowing that he was now asleep, I just went towards Blue's room. I knocked and after a second the door opened. "OH HELLO HUMAN! WHAT BRINGS?" He asked with his usual cheery tone. "H-hey Blue, I just w-wanted to talk you know, maybe see if you guys would need anything." I kicked myself mentally for stuttering. "SURE HUMAN, COME IN." He said and opened the door wider. I cleared my throat before entering. These rooms weren't used in a long time, and it kinda is dusty. Though there weren't any mess, just the dust. "I'LL CLEAN UP LATER, WE COULD TALK NOW." Blue said and sat on a chair. I sat in front of him, the coffee table separating the both of us. "So did you guys bring anything when you came here?" I asked straight forward. "MWEH! I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE OTHERS BUT I DID NOT BRING ANYTHING WITH ME. LIKE WE SAID, WE WERE KINDA JUST BROUGHT HERE." He explained with his hand holding his chin. "What about clothes?" I suddenly asked, if they didn't have clothes then they don't have anything to change on. "I DON'T THINK WE HAVE ANY, HUMAN." Blue said with a furrowed brow. "BUT WORRY NOT! THE MAGNIFICENT BLUE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT." He said and once again struck a pose. I chuckled at his actions. "I don't think so Blue, we would have to shop online for your clothes. I don't think the store will let us shop when they see I have magic skeletons with me." I imagined the reactions of the people if they see this guys, that would just be funny. "MWEH! ALRIGHT HUMAN! BUT IF YOU NEED SOME HELP, JUST LET ME KNOW." I thanked him before getting out of his room. I sped walk to my room at the back just pass the second floor living room. I enter and lock the door before slumping on the bed. This sure would be a tough day. Suddenly, I felt the sting on my palm. Right, my hand almost got a hole... I sigh as I look at the bandages, there was a huge spot in the middle that was tainted in blood. I should probably put some ointment so it would heal faster.
