Dark misty sky, snow falling, it was to her so nostalgic. But did she want to remember those days under the snow? Did she remember them well actually? By that time, she could barely call herself a sentient being, by that time she didn't know herself too well... Did she now? Or could it be that all that time she'd been too afraid to figure out? The snow reaching to her ankles and covering her feet entirely, that familiar cold and yet she was taciturn. Who was she waiting for?

"Hey! You alright?" she heard a voice from behind. She turned and actually there was the figure of a man in the middle of mist.

"Locke?"

She remained in the same place as the figure approached her; for a moment there was bliss in her eyes but then the image got clearer, it was not him but one of those warriors of light she had seen before. It was a man of long black hair who, however, kindly asked her again if she was doing fine. She simply agreed with her head.

"What was your name again?" the man asked her "I'm Laguna, remember? We met in the village!"

She remained quiet for a moment and lastly replied.

"Terra"

"Oh! Yeah! That is! Terra!" he said nervously

She remained staring at him, without saying much and with the same emotionless expression.

"Geez! Don't look at me like that!!" he exclaimed and looked somewhere else "you... (geez!)" he thought "(you are so pretty!)"

She shyly lowered her sight.

"You...you know..." Laguna told her and as he tried to walk to her, he felt another cramp on his leg "No... not right now!" he exclaimed

"A...Are you alright?" Terra asked him and raised her gaze once again.

"(No! Please! Don't look at me like that!!)" Laguna was screaming inside his mind "(you are going to kill me! Geez! Just what am I thinking?!)"

"Are you alright?" she asked again

"AH! OF COURSE!" he said out loud "Let's go! It's too cold in here! Let's find a shelter! Hahahaha! Aren't you cold yourself?!" he was indeed so nervous and walking was so difficult and overall made him look ridiculous, but yet he bore with it.

Terra didn't ask anymore and just followed him. At least she knew she could trust him, he was a warrior of light, wasn't he? So, he should be reliable.

They kept walking for a while until they found some kind of temple. It was a little crumbled, but it could still be used as a shelter. The place was too dark to see so Terra casted a fire spell and held the flame on her hand so that they could both see. As they walked in, they could hear strange high-pitched sounds all around the place. Laguna drew off his machine gun and told Terra to stop walking. He asked her if she could use some more fire magic to illuminate the entire place to which she agreed. He, then, told her that he would give her a signal and then she'll have to act. She agreed. The man with the machine gun walked slowly and as he did, the noises got even louder. He stopped and then told Terra to do as they had planned. She casted another fire spell and directed the flames around the place.

"Halt in there!!" Laguna exclaimed to the creatures hiding in the dark as he was pointing them with his weapon.

The creatures jumped in fear and it was then, that as the fire illuminated their faces, Terra recognized them.
