A Week After the Attack
'Peter? How could he be Recluse?' Tony thought as he paced his lab. He still couldn't warp his head around the find.
'If Peter was Recluse, why didn't he come back- wait...'
"Peter Benjamin Parker you are not coming on this mission whether you like it or not. You just hold the the team back! You're just a burden! All you do is cause problems!" Tony shuddered at the memory. He still has the urge to continue drinking, but, he wants to get his life back together. Tony still wanted Peter back. He would give up anything for his so- intern. Intern. To return.
"Sir, Mr. Rodgers has asked for you in the living room." FRIDAY says interrupting Tony's train of thought.
"Yeah, tell him I'll be there in a minute." Tony sighed before exiting his lab.
"Wonder what he wants." He mumbles.
Time Skip
Tony enters the lounge area, seeing all the Avengers.
"So, what'd you call?" Tony asks.
"There's a report that Recluse just saved some people who were held captive at a back." Bruce says.
"Ok? How's that our business?" Tony questions.
Steve sighs, "We can capture him; find out his identity."
Tony's eyes widen at the realization.
"FRIDAY, call a suit."
Recluse POV
"Thanks Recluse!" one of the hostage's kids yells.
(The kid was with one of the hostage's.)
Recluse smiles under his mask before swinging away.
20 Minutes Later
Recluse sat on the top of a building, mask pulled up, watching the people walk underneath him. His Spidey-Sense began buzzing; Recluse pulled his mask down and stood up. The sound of repulsers came from behind him. 
"Hello Recluse. Nice seeing up here. How'd patrol going?" Iron Man asks.
Recluse remains silent.
"What? Keeping silent now? I thought you were a Spider-Man wannabe? Cause ya know... Spider-Man did those quips and stuff." Iron Man says.
Recluse still doesn't say anything. But begins to back away slowly.
"Hey-Hey! Where're you going?!" Tony shouted. Recluse didn't say anything, but continued to back up.
"Well, I was gonna ask you if you'd come with me back to S.H.E.I.L.D willingly. Oh well." Tony shot a repulser blast at Recluse. Recluse dodged and ran off the building.
"Recluse is heading towards ya Barton." Tony says over the comm.
"I got my eyes on him." Clint pulled his bow and arrow back and released. Recluse grabbed the arrow right before it struck him and threw it back to the archer.
"Shit!" Clint jumped from his hiding spot, barely missing the arrow. The billboard exploded behind Clint as he ran to keep up with the team.
"KAREN, turn on energy absorber."
"Energy absorber activated." As soon as the absorber was on, Recluse was tackled mid-swing from the one and only Captain America.
"Just surrender Recluse!" The Captain shouted as they we falling through the air. Peter tried to aim his web-shooters, but Steve kept pulling his hand away. Preventing Peter to shoot a web. Peter pressed the shrink button before slipping out of Steve's grasp. Recluse grew to normal size before shooting a web at Steve and lowered him down to the sidewalk as fast he could.
Recluse quickly ran up the building, only to get hit with a shield. Recluse kept his hold on the wall and continued climbing.
"Bucky, Nat, he's near you." Steve said.
"I'm approaching too." Tony announced.
Once Recluse reaches the top, his suit was glowing with kinetic energy.
"Don't move." Black Widow growled.
Recluse looked up. The Winter Soldier, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Captain America, and Iron Man stood in front of Peter. Weapons drawn.
"If you come now, we won't have fight." Cap said trying to reason with Recluse.
Recluse internally sighed, 'Can't these guys take a hint?'
"I'm gonna take the silence as a no." Tony says before firing a repulser at Recluse.
He dodged, only to get with a shield.
'I should probably fight back, or else Hope'll kill me.' Peter thought to himself.
Bucky ran up to Recluse ready to punch him, but Recluse grabbed his hand and threw him into Black Window. The two fell over, but Natasha flipped up and charged at Recluse. She stung him with his widow bites. He could feel the electricity go through the suit.
Tony took the chance and shot a repulser at Recluse. Recluse fell forwards. Clint tried to shot an arrow at Recluse's button that shot the webs. Peter noticed this moved his arms just as Clint shot the arrow. He missed. But not much.
Recluse got and ran to the edge of the building.
'Shit! What can I do?! What can I do?!' Recluse screamed in his thoughts.
Recluse was about to escape before he was tackled (again) by Iron Man.
"You can't leave yet Recluse! We aren't done!" Iron Man said behind the helmet.
Recluse just grunted and shrunk down.
"KAREN, call a spider!" Recluse commanded.
"Spider will arrive in 2 minutes."
"Shit!" Recluse was dodging blasts, knives being thrown, a shield flying around, and bullets being shot at him.
"Just surrender already!" Clint shouts annoyed.
Recluse stayed quiet and he shrunk down again and ran up to Clint.
"Where'd he go?!" He shouted.
"KAREN, activate stealth mode."
"Stealth mode activated."
"Tony! Scan for him!" Steve demanded.
"Already on it!"
Recluse jumped onto Tony's suit and slipped into the openings.
"Sir, I'm picking up an unknown force in your suit. I recommend to shut down the suit." FRIDAY's voice calls.
"He's in my suit!" Tong landed and jumped out of the suit.
Recluse smirked.
He didn't do anything; he just wanted to scare Tony.
So, he just left.
Recluse jumped out of the suit. His spidey- sense began buzzing. Bullets began raining down at Peter.
"The spider has arrived. It is near the south edge of the building." KAREN suddenly says.
Recluse doesn't reply, but just starts running to the edge. He grows to normal size and continues running.
"Bucky, guard the south!" Cap shouts.
Tony got back into his suit and flew after Recluse. (He was on the other side of the building.)
Natasha threw a knife at Recluse. It bounced off, useless against the vibranium suit.
"Bucky, Steve, try to get ahold on Recluse!" Tony shouted over the comms.
Bucky and Steve ran up to Recluse as he was fighting Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Iron Man.
They both got a hold on Recluse's arm and pulled his fingers away from his palms to prevent him from shrinking and shooting webs.
Tony walked up to Recluse, still in his suit. Natasha and Clint on the side. Prepared is Recluse escapes again.
'Shit, shit, shit!' Peter thought in his head. He tried to shake the two super-soldiers off, but that didn't work.
"Well, we can finally know who you are Recluse." Tony says before raising a hand to Recluse's mask.
Peter shuts his eyes, bracing for his secret to be revealed.
Finally, he feels the mask is pulled off.

Thank fucking Thor I'm done with this chapter. I know I haven't published anything in like a month, so I apologize deeply for this. While I was writing this chapter, I didn't know where I wanted it to go. Least I got it done. I've been busy for a while and I'll be going to California for a BTS concert, so maybe update.
