as i'm reminded of you in my bed
our legs intertwined at two am
your slow breaths on my face
i'm now missing your warmth
and the smell of your cologne
i clutch my pillow like i did you
but it's never the same
it never holds me back
it never loves me
but then i remind myself
you never really did.
