Dick rolled over in bed, wrapping his arms around Jason and took a deep breath. It had been a few weeks since the incident with Bruce and they hadn't done much but work, patrol together, and sleep. It felt so normal.

They had went on a couple dates but Dick was embarrassed to be covered in bruises or makeup half the time to cover them that most their dates were at home or on rooftops. Despite everything that had happened it was the best couple weeks of Dick's life. Jason felt the same until Dick got a call that interrupted it all.

"Let me take this real quick. It's M'gann," Dick said as he checked his screen, pressing a quick kiss to Jason's cheek before standing up from the couch to answer, "Hey Ms. M! How is everything."

As Dick listened intently to the other end of the phone line his smile slowly fell and Jason watched him fidget in spot as he listened. "You never have to worry about calling me M'gann. I completely understand," Dick said quickly as he walked over to his desk and started up his computer, "Send me the latest ping you got from Beta Team and I'll see if I can get it working. Don't worry I'm sure they're fine."

Jason walked over to Dick and set his head on the man's shoulder to listen into the conversation.

"And Dick," Ms. Martian spoke gently, "Red Robin was leading Beta Team."

"I'll call you back when I have news M'gann and I'll get back to you later about the other thing," Dick said gently before hanging up.

"What is going on?" Jason asked.

"Beta Team was supposed to be meeting up with a few of the remaining Teen Titans in Jump City but their GPS trackers went offline and they're missing," Dick responded, "I have to go."

"And the other thing?" Jason asked as he followed Dick as he went to get grab his mask.

"I'll tell you later," Dick promised, "Now I have to go."

"Let me come with-" Jason cut himself off as Dick had disappeared out the window and was gone.
