The Payment [L&H S.1]

Chapter 4

Taehyung took Sujeong to her new room. “This is will be your new room. We’ll talk later.”

He then called the maids. “Kindly assists her while I’m out.”

When Taehyung went out, the maids squeal.

“Sir Taehyung and you suits together, ma’am.” The first maid said.

“You’re pretty in personal, ma’am.” The second maid said. "We're happy that you finally finished your studies and decided to live with him."

“You don’t know anything.” She only said and she sat at the edge of the bed.

She didn’t know why she end up here. She just attended a party on behalf on her father but then it was announced that she’s engage to Kim Taehyung, the son of her Dad’s boss.

Sujeong woke up because of the rays of the sun.

The moment she open she eyes, she’s not familiar with her surroundings. The room is filled with color light blue, while her old room is white. The room is spacious, while her old room is not.

“Good morning, maam.” A maid, just went inside with a tray of foods.
“Have a great breakfast, Maam. Sir Taehyung is in the library, if ever you’ll looked for him.”

With that, the maid left. She stares at the food. It is delicious,  but she is not in the mood to eat. Instead, she carry the tray and went downstairs to the kitchen. The maids were surprise seeing her.

“Maam, I’ll carry that for you.”

Then the maid took it from her. And she murmurs thanks.

She asks where the library is, and went straight to it. After giving a warning knock, she open the door.

There, inside the library, is Kim Taehyung. Reading with his eyeglasses.

He is good with glasses. She thought.

“Are done eating breakfast?” she was surprise when Taehyung speak.

From the books, he set it aside and took off his eyeglasses. And diverted his gaze to her.

“I want to know everything. How do I ended being your fiancé. I was just attending a party on behalf of my father’s presence.” She is totally confused.

“It is your fate to be my fiancée. Just that’s it.” He simply said.

“I won’t buy that excuse, I know that this is just a prank. And I want to go home now, with my things.”

Seriously speaking, she want to go home and rest. And also, she had a date with Jangjun. She’ll be explaining everything  to him that the announcement last night is just a prank. Nothing more.

“This is your home already, Miss Ryu.”

“No. This is not.”

Taehyung heave a sigh. “ Fine. The announcement last night as you being my fiancée, is not a prank, it is all real. We talk about it with your father, three years ago.”

“Haha. I won’t buy that explanation, Mr. Kim. Three years ago? Haha.” she said sarcastically. “How can that happened? My father is just an employee to your father.”

“That is all I can say to you, right now.”

“Well, if you won’t tell me anything, I’ll go home.”

Taehyung’s face became serious.

"You are the payment to your father’s debt in the company. Happy now?”
