As the rain pattered on the window, I shifted over to look at the clock. It was still too early for me to get up and drag my feet to get ready for class. I rolled over to find Roger snoring loudly.  As my eyes adjusted to the morning darkness, I was able to trace his cheeks, nose, and finally his lips. He's absolutely perfect. We were all in the studio last night, as the band listened to the album over and over again, making sure it's perfect for the release today. I shifted and closed my eyes again, hoping that I didn't wake him.

When I awoke again, the streets of London were painted with a rainbow, as the sun came out and the rain continued to pour. I slid from underneath the covers in nothing but Roger's T-shirt, and made my way to the kitchen for some coffee. I was excited for tonight, as there is going to be a release party, but was unsure how it was going to go as a huge tiff with the band broke out last night.

** Flashback to last night**

"Bloody hell Freddie, you sound fine! We are wasting so much money dubbing over the tape over and over again!" Brian yelled.

"And I have to pay rent this month, that might not happen if we keep wasting money," Roger added.

The boys were in a full blown screaming match because they thought the record was perfect, but Fred found something wrong with every line.

"We might starve at this rate," John rolled his eyes.

The boys were all tired, Lottie, Izzy, Mary and I just sat on the couch twiddling our thumbs. When the boys fought we all knew it was best to stay out of it. I was the first to speak up, walking over to a tense Roger and placing my palms on his shoulders, "Hey, if my opinion means anything-"

"Of course it does, love! Always will," Roger cut me off and signaled for me to sit down on his lap. I sat down and smiled, "you all sound amazing, especially you Rog."

"Fred, you're amazing, and so are your vocals!" Mary smiled.

"And Brian, those guitar riffs are perfect," Izzy joined in.

Lottie was last to walk over, but she stood by John and smiled, "and as for you John, the bass lines were flawless."

I looked over at Brian, who was already making a puzzled look at me. We shared a glance at Lottie and John, who were entirely too close to be just friends, then we giggled.

"I say we call it a night, let's release this album tomorrow, boys. Then get absolutely shit-faced afterward," Roger said, patting my bum to get up. I stood up and waved goodnight to everyone, as we made it for the door.

"You in my shirts will never get old, love" Roger whispered, as he tiptoed into the kitchen scaring me half to death.

"Blimey, Rog! You scared me. I'd assume after the night you've had, that 9:30 would be too early for you." I said stirring my coffee.

"I wanted to see you off to school, i probably won't see you until later. I can't go all day without seeing my beautiful girlfriend, Y/N."

My cheeks turned a rosy red, as he wrapped his arms around my waist, "coffee?" Was all that managed to come out of my mouth. He nodded, and sat down at the kitchen table to light a cigarette.

After we both ate breakfast, I made my way to the bathroom to get cleaned up for school. Roger followed suit, and got ready to go to a signing for the fans in Hyde Park.
