(13) "Buy Your Own Dress Baby"

A few weeks later Hensley was at work in a patient's room checking vitals and going over questions their family about the patient's health. Bucky was watching her from the nurse's station as he had his back against the desk with his arms crossed since it was his surgery day. She walked out and was looking for her pen in her scrub top wasn't paying attention to him standing there till she heard' You are so damn beautiful when you are working." 

She looked up at him and smiled "Hey what are you doing up here?' as she put the chart down and he wrapped his arms around her and said "I missed you.. you and I work to much" in her ear which made her giggle. 

She looked over her shoulder at him "I missed you too. I don't like when we don't see each other let along our kids." 

He kissed her "I want you to do something this weekend with my sisters." 

"What's that?" she said 

"Buy your own dress baby dip into your trust fund or I'll give you the damn money if I have to get the dress you love the dress that gives you that ugly cry moment that you see on that show you watch." he said as he made them sway. 

She smiled at him "You are the best baby how did I get so lucky to have you." 

He put his forehead againsts her "I think I'm the lucky one. I have the best girl in the whole damn world and she's already giving me two babies that are so adorable.. " 

She kissed him "You are vibrating baby." 

He checked his pager and then reached over the desk and called his page. Keeping one arm around her and he hung up. "Gotta get back to work baby doll but dinner tonight at home right?' 

"Yeah I'm not on call tonight so I'll be home." she said as she turned around and put her arms around his neck since he was still wrapped around her. He cupped her cheek and kissed her with tongue. He moaned "I hope I get sex later too." he whispered 

"MMm that can be arranged." she whispered 

"Love you baby gotta go." he said 

"Okay love you too." she said as they let go of each other. 

Kellie came over and said "You two are sickening in love with each other." 

"Shut up Kells." she said 

They both finished out their work day she came home and was greeted by Aaron first "Mama mama" Aaron hugged her legs. 

"Hey little man how was your day baby." she said 

"I color Becky .." he said 

Becca came out and said "He colored with me not me."

"Thank Becca you are the best Aunt in the world. Did his fever go down?' she said 

"Yup we got it down and we colored watched cartoons and had a lazy day with Silas and Kaylee." Becca said just as Bucky came in behind Hensley.

"Thanks again Becca.. we really need to work out some back up plans when the day care calls us. I hate that you had to miss work." Bucky said

"It's not a problem guys I understand that we all work. If mom would actually listen to the doctor's she could take over and we wouldn't have to worry about moments like this." Becca said 

"Mom listen to the doctor about what?' Bucky said 

"She hasn't told you.." Becca said

"I'm the last person mom tells about her health you know that Becca. I mean how do you think I felt when I was in the middle of surgery two years ago finding out that she had a heart attack." he said
