"There is no way in hell that parents are in charge of Project Wednesday," Violet said. They are now in the car. "My dad died and my mom would never experiment on people."

"The files came straight from Keller," Peter said.

"Maybe it was altered or falsified somehow," Violet said.

"By who?" Peter asked. "No one from Keller knew we accessed the information so why would they change it?"

"It could have been someone in your group," Violet said.

"Very unlikely, I know who accessed it," Peter said.

"How do I know that you didn't change it?" Violet asked. Peter gave her a confused look. "Am I supposed to believe that you knew my parents were in charge of Project Wednesday and you never thought to tell me?"

"I just gave you concrete proof of your parents involvement and you don't believe me? Why would I tell you if I didn't have any evidence to back it up? Besides..." Peter didn't finish his sentence.

"Besides what Peter?" Violet asked.

"Up until the day I didn't know you weren't already aware of your parents part in it-"

"Are you kidding me?" Violet is shocked. "You really thought after all this time I knew about this?"

"It seemed very unlikely but I still considered the possibility especially after we learned that you hid the retrieval photo."

"I didn't know what it meant!"

"I realize that now."

"Sorry to interrupt but the lights in the house across the street just turned on," Zora said while pointing at the house. They decided to go check it out. Violet found the key to the house on top of the door. The three of them went into the house. They walked into the living room.

"They have electricity," Peter said while pointing at a lamp that was on.

"Mr. and Mrs. Schmidt have a backup generator," Zora informed.

"Something doesn't feel right, I think we should go," Violet said.

"I've known them since I was a kid. If they are still here then I have to help them," Zora said. They heard noise coming from the back of the house. Zora slowly walked down the hallway where all the rooms are located. Peter and Violet followed. They walked to the last room; the master bedroom. When they went in, it looked empty. Zora shined her flashlight across the perimeter of the room. Suddenly a Deadhead jumped across the bed and lunged himself to the trio. They backed up as fast as they could. They were all unarmed. Then the Deadhead was violently yanked back by makeshift restraints.

"Is that one of the Schmidt?" Violet asked.

"It's Trent, their son," Zora responded.

"Let's get out of here," Peter said. When they turned around Peter was face to face with a blue strand of electricity.

"Get away from my brother," The woman said. She was holding a taser in front of Peter's face.

"Ellora?" Zora asked.

The woman slowly turned her head towards Zora. "Zora? What are you doing here?" She asked. Zora looked down at Trent who was trying to attack her feet but he couldn't reach her. Then she looked back up at Ellora. Both of them looked disappointed. Ellora lead them to the kitchen.

"Don't take this the wrong way but I didn't think you would survive all of this," Ellora told Zora. "Z is the sweetest and the most wholehearted person I know," Ellora told the other two.
