2014 Washington D.C.
"Oh my god, Steve. . it's. .-"

"Tell me about Zola's algorithm." Steve Rodgers said to Jasper Sitwell after he was thrown onto the roof of the building. Sam was able to trap him and bring him to where Steve, and Katherine were waiting, while Sam was waiting for this cue, and Natasha was waiting for hers.

"Never heard of it." Sitwell lied.

"What were you doing on the Lemurian Star?" Katherine asked, as the couple continued to back him up towards the edge of the roof.

"I was throwing up, I get seasick." Sitwell lied, once again. His calves hit the ledge as he started to lose his balance, but before he did, Steve grabbed his shirt and pulled him up right, then kept a hold on him. If he didn't give them the information they wanted, they had a plan to make sure that he did.

"Is this little display meant to insinuate that you're going to throw me off the roof? I didn't think this was really your style, Captain." He said, and Steve chuckled a little bit.

"It's not. . but it is hers." Steve said. Steve let his shirt go and smoothed down the edges before backing up, while Katherine stepped up and with one solid kick to his chest, she kicked him over the edge. His screams were heard as he thought he was plumeting to his death, but there was someone waiting for catch him. Then Katherine looked at Steve.

"Oh, wait. . babe, maybe this weekend we should make a reservation at that new spot that just opened up." Katherine said, as Steve was only watching Sitwell fall.

"Yeah. . yeah, I'll give them a call when we wrap this up." Steve said, nodding his head. Sitwell's screams were heard louder as Sam who now had on his Falcon suit had caught him and brought him back up to the roof. Sam landed on the roof while Natasha walked out of the door from the stairwell.

"Zola's algorithm is a program for choosing Insight's targets." Sitwell said.

"What targets?" Steve asked.

"You!" Sitwell said, pointing to Steve. Katherine raised an eyebrow. "The TV anchor in Cairo, the Under Secretary of Defense, a high school valedictorian in Iowa City, Bruce Banner, Stephen Strange, anyone who's a threat to HYDRA. Now, or in the future." He said.

"If you so much even try and hurt Bruce, I will kill you myself." Katherine said. Now that they had all fought together as a group, she already thought of them as her family, and no one hurts anybody in her family without getting hurt back.

"The future, how could it know?" Steve asked.

Sitwell started laughing as he shook his head. "How could it not?" He said, as he stood up from the ground to face the Captain. "The 21st century is a digital book. Zola taught HYDRA how to read it. Your bank records, medical histories, voting patterns, emails, phone calls, your damn SAT scores! Zola's algorithm evaluates people's past to predict their future." Sitwell said.

"Then what?" Katherine asked.

"Oh my god, Pierce is going to kill me." Sitwell said, and Katherine approached him.

"Not if I do it first, so answer my question." Katherine said. Sam grabbed him so that he couldn't run, and Steve put a hand on Katherine's back to pull her away from him just a little.

"Then the Insight helicarriers scratch people off the list. A few million at a time."

"HYDRA doesn't like leaks." Jasper Sitwell sat in the backseat of Sam Wilson's car along with Natasha and Katherine in the back with him as well. Steve sat in the passenger seat.
