Taken Away.

    After my beating me to a pulp, he tossed me a piece of bread that I can't eat anyway because my hands are chained to a freaking wall!!!

What a prick.

My lip is busted, I'm pretty sure a couple ribs are broken, and my entire body is probably a giant bruise.

I try not to focus on the pain and stare at the wall. Slowly sleep takes me away.

I wake up a few hours later in even more pain and tears fall down my cheeks. It just hurts so bad.

Ok, ok, ok, ok. Don't die. I'm in an auction house and I'm probably going to be sold today.

Screw it!! I'm gonna die today!!!

"I'm sure you'll find what you are looking for in here, your majesty."

He said "your majesty."

God, please don't let him take me.

I can hear their distant footsteps making their way closer to me. Then they stop.

"Do you smell that?" A husky voice says. Wow, that's what he sounds like?

"What exactly, Sir?" That's the man that beat me. He's probably going to kill me what the Alpha leaves.

I hear the footsteps turn into running. They're getting closer. Then I see him.

Oh. My. God. I've just seen the sexiest man on earth.

He has dirty blonde hair combed to the side and an odd blue colored eyes that I just got lost in. He wore a suit that showed how much muscle he had. Damn.

He stared at me and his eyes turned gold.

"MINE!!!" He yelled.

Then he started to pull of the cell door.

Oh no, I am gonna die today.

The guy who hurt me was by his side now and was staring at me in shock.

What the he'll is going on??

The King then pulled it off completely and ran to me. I whimpered and looked away. He was kneeling down next to me turned my head to look at him. He stared into my eyes and seemed to calm down a little. Then he got pissed off again.

Looking towards the man at the entrance, he looked like he would rip off his head.

"WHO THE HELL DID THIS TO MY MATE!!!" He yelled.

What's a mate?

Why is he so mad about me getting hurt?

He didn't get an answer. Instead he looked back at me, then the chains. He broke them and my arms fell to my sides, exhausted.

He tried to put his arms under me but I let out a cry of pain.

"It's gonna be ok, love. I'm gonna take care of you, forever. I promise." He whispered in my ear. I couldn't help but believe him. I wanted to stay with him.

He lifted my into his arms bridal style and took me away from the cell.

"There is going to be hell to pay when I get back for almost killing your future queen." He said through gritted teeth.

The man looked horrified.

The handsome man carried me to a black Mercedes Benz and wrapped me in a blanket.

He set me in the passenger seat and kissed my forehead. I felt small tingles in that area.

I started coughing and some blood came out.

He saw it and rushed to the drivers side. I was coughing a lot more and was starting to get sleepy.

"Hold on darling. Don't leave me." His eyes looked so pleading. I felt sad looking at them. Why?

We pulled up to a really, really big mansion. He pulled me into his arms and carried me inside in a panic.

"Terry!!! Terry!!! I need help!!!"

A man that looked about 40 years old came out and asked what happened.

"I don't know how it happened!!! I didn't get an answer!!! Just help her, she's my mate and I can't lose her!!! Please, help her." He begged.

I was now in a room with people surrounding me and the King holding my hand.

"Your Majesty, we need to get her clothing off, she has a broken rib and it punctured her lungs." I'm guessing the doctor said. The King growled and glared at Terry.

"Please, sir. If we don't she'll die." He asked again.

"Fine, but I'll do anything else that has to do with the rest of her clothing." He stated firmly.

"Yes, of course." The doc said.

I felt a pinch on my arm and looked down to see an IV.

I started getting sleepy. The last thing I saw was the beautiful and worried face of the King.
