Chapter 1

Jane's POV

This is a very stressful day kasi sa Friday na submission ng newspaper and it's Tuesday now so we have 3 days left!

"Julia, are you done writing your column for the paper??"

"Sorry Jane I haven't finished it yet! But I'm sure I'll finish by tonight"

"Okay uhmm how about you Janella?"

"Almost done just 100 more words"

"Manolo??"

"Hindi pa pero wait lang Jane, 3 days pa naman eh and besides let's face it, onti nalang readers natin. Lalo na sa sports section parati na kasi talo ang basketball team natin kasi injured si Torres at si AVO pati kasi parang mas gumaling si Ravena."

"I hate to admit it Jane, but Manolo's right. Anyway, sino ba exclusive interview natin for this week?" Asks Julia

"Haay the only person I interviewed was Angela, yung president ng fair committee"

"That's uhmm exciting??" -Janella

"Not really... Haay sige na I have to go to class pa para I don't get late may extra hw kasi pag na late so bye guys!"

"Bye!" Manolo, Julia and Janella say at the same time

I reached the classroom and immediately took my usual seat beside Eliza but she's not here yet. Weird.. palagi kasi siyang early.

So I texted her.

To: Best ♡

Uy duude where are you? Haha bahala ka if na late ka may extra hw!

From: Best ♡

Baliw! Haha joke I'm absent may fever ako eh

To: Best ♡

Ayy get well! Try ko dumaan sa house mo later. I have to go na feeling ko parating na si prof. eh byee

From: Best ♡

Wag na slight fever lang naman but thank you anyway! Sige good luck nalang haha

After I finished reading Eliza's last text, I opened my laptop and started fixing the layout of the newspaper habang wala pa si prof.

After I finished I saved the file and opened up a new word file in case may new lesson.

5 minutes later

Dumating na si prof. pero may kasama siyang guy na matangkad like about 6' or 6' 2", he kinda looks Chinese and by the looks of it, mukha siyang nag wwork out or athlete kasi may build ang katawan niya.

Wait!!! I am not a pervert haa napansin ko lang kasi I'm very observant hahaha

"Okay class, I would like to introduce to you Jeron Teng, he just transferred today so make him feel welcome."

Nag smile lang siya which is weird kasi normally, ang ingay ng mga guys dito pero maybe he's shy lang kasi first day niya.

Yung mga girls sa gilid grabe talaga nag ssmile with matching wave pa haha

"Mr. Teng what are you waiting for, go grab a chair so we can get started with our lesson."

I immediately look around if there are any seats left and I realized na yung chair lang ni Eliza yung empty so you guessed it right, doon nga siya umupo. Haay the girls gave me judging stares pa wala naman akong ginawa.

After the professor left the room, I looked at him and extended my hand and said "Hi Jeron, I'm Jane feel free to ask me anything if naguguluhan ka sa campus or whatsoever "

Nagulat ako dahil nag smile lang siya and shook my hand and left already . I mean I'm not complaining pero sana he said thank you or okay or something man lang.

After school

I went to the parking lot, unlocked my Nissan Sentra Nismo (picture on the right or above) and drove to my condo.

While driving home, random thoughts came to my mind

Bakit kaya di siya nag thank you man lang

Does my breath smell bad ugh di naman

Why is he so shy

Why is he so different

But the biggest question is...
