I'm on the edge now

There's so much running in my mind

Those three words were like a vow

It's like a contract you sign

Do I keep lying to myself or do I tell you the truth

How can I tell you that I'm tired of it

Will it pull you away from your youth

It's something hard for me to admit

I need to stop telling you this lie

I'm tired of reciting words I no longer mean

If I say this I'm afraid you'll cry

But I need to come clean

Honestly, I do love you, it's just that it's not the same 

And I am the one to blame
