𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐲𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐥 ✰ 𝐝𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐟𝐢𝐤𝐞

I was surprised to wake up as early as I did today. I laid on my back to think for a while before actually getting up to get dressed.

I did my morning routine and was now looking for an outfit to wear along with a hairstyle.

"Brina, you up?" I heard my mother's voice say. I turned to see her near my door.

"Yeah," I answered her.

She told me she loved me then left me alone. I guessed it was her usual day off since she always leaves before me. I turned back around to criticize the outfits I pulled out for today. It was going to be hot and I didn't want to wear long sleeve.

I picked up a sundress I had that stopped beneath my knees. This could work.

I grabbed my cocoa butter lotion from the top of my drawer and squeezed some into my hand, before smearing it all over my arms and legs. I placed some on my feet too before sliding into the dress. It complimented my body. I looked down to see how my breasts looked, then grabbed a jean jacket to wear.

I slid into my low top black and white vans, leaving me to only worry about my hair.

There were 3 hairstyles I was willing to do with my curly hair; half up half down, a bun, or just leave it out. I decided to go with the bun because of the weather and got a hold of my eco styler gel, a hairbrush, and a toothbrush.

After about fifteen minutes, I was done and ready for school. Hayes usually picked me up since his mother gifted him with a car for his 16th birthday. My mother won't get me one until I've shown my responsibility.

I texted Hayes to come pick me up and he immediately called me.

"Something wrong?" I asked him as I watched my reflection in my body mirror.

"No, uh.. I'm in the car with Dominic. He's driving us cause my mom said and I quote that I need to save gas and spend time with my brother..." he says. I chuckled a bit.

"Well, alright. When will you be here?"

"About three minutes." He said.

I hanged up on him and made my way to my purse, making sure everything I needed was in it. I quickly applied some lipgloss as I told my mother goodbye. I then made my way downstairs and outside of the house.

The sun was definitely showing out today. It felt like a steaming hot shadow that was burning my face slowly. I wouldn't be surprised if I was sweating, I knew not to wear makeup.

I was relieved when I seen Hayes in the passenger seat of a black BMW.

The car doors transformed and opened up for me to get in. "You flaunt much?" I said as I crouched down to get in.

Dominic laughed as he closed the doors behind me. I sat in the backseat and poked Hayes to let him know to lighten up. I had a feeling he felt like he was beginning to not matter because of his new, perfect, athletic stepbrother.

But he wasn't.

Dominic stopped by to pick up Skailar, Lauren, then Dailyn before he actually made his way to the school. I sat on my phone majority of the time with Dailyn and Lauren while Hayes kept quiet and Skailar tried comforting him.

I checked the time and was happy I wasn't going to be late to class. Or else my mother would never think I'm responsible.

Dominic parked his car in the lot when we got there— which is supposed to be for teachers but I'm pretty sure no one will say anything to him. I decided to mind my business and just get out the car like everyone else.
