He almost never left the office. He stayed until 10 at night and came as early as 4. When she first hired him she thought it was great. She always had someone to work overtime, always had someone to cover the big projects. But now, she was worried. She decided to confront him.
She found him one day, quietly typing away at his desk.
"Carl? We need to talk, please." He raised his head and nodded cooley. "I've noticed you work overtime almost every day...is everything alright at home? He blinked for a second and then burst into tears. "N-no"
