( your POV )

You couldn't stop laughing at what Brodey had said about Cray and the bugs, you glance up at him through your laughs to see him looking at you with.. strangely glittering eyes. You blush as you cease the laughing for him to finally snap out of it, you tilt your head at him, finally looking back at Nathan. "Nathan, are you alright? Do you need a hug?" You chuckle as he gets up and opens his arms, you walking over to embrace it once more. You glance at Brodey again, this time he looks sort of angry.. his eyebrows narrowed into each other as he quickly looked away. You wonder why..

You let go of the mustache man and walked back downstairs into the room you would be staying for awhile before I get to get a new one. "Y/N? You in here?" You hear a newly familiar voice, looking to see Lannan with oddly similar clothing to Brodey.. which was unusual. "Oh hey Lannan, what's up?" You give a half smile for a kind gesture. "I was wondering if you wanted to go out tonight with the group." He leans in and gives me a smirk, then a wink. "We could have some fun." You find it weird but let it slide, he was flirtatious with everyone and hopefully it didn't mean anything. "Oh.. is Brodey going as well?" He gets back into his normal position and nodded, "Yeah, he was the one saying we should.. he said we could go to some sort of play place." Lannan have a cheeky smile which You didn't seem to enjoy.

You agree for the second time as he leaves, Brodey stepping in to see what was happening. "So..are you coming?" He said with a low voice, slowly closing the door. "Yep, Also.. what's up with Lannon? He seems..really close." In an instant you saw something change in his eyes, a look of anger.. could it be.. jealousy..? He walked up to me and sighed, "Lannon is like that with every girl we meet.. luckily Kath was with Marcus when he tried the shit, Marcus taught him a lesson by beating the absolute Christ out of him." He laughed as you joined in, although I did feel kind of bad. "Well..it's okay." You smile and sit on the bed, looking up to Brodey with wide arms. "Come here you big old teddy bear." You laugh as he basically falls next to you, wrapping his arms around your waist and upper back, the same jolt of electric shocked through you once again from his gentle touch. You close your eyes and proceeded to hold him close, tightening your grip around him..you felt safe with him.. not like with Daniel.. 'fuck I love him so much.' You think to yourself as you slowly drifted to sleep from the gentle holding session.

( Brodey's POV )

"Y/N?" I gently say to her, looking down to see that she was asleep from me holding her, I couldn't help but sniff her hair again.. the same scent of mangos and strawberry's traced back to my nose and basically melted my heart. She was so perfect, so delicate and so amazingly nice. I put a hand on her head and played with her hair as she snuggled closer to my chest, I couldn't help but smile a little wider, seeing such a cute girl in my grasps. It all seemed perfectly balanced in that moment.

* Time skip: 7 in the afternoon *

( still Brodey's POV )

I can't believe she's been asleep for some time, I slowly tried to pull myself away from her.. which again was very hard and painful for me considering I wanted to stay until she woke up.. a strange feeling washed over me as I got up, I wanted to protect her forever, I wanted her to be mine for good. There was a knock at the door, I quickly walked over and opened it to see Marcus, him peeking in to see her asleep on my bed and in my blankets, "Cute." He said with a light smile at me, I smiled back and nodded a little, "Yeah.. I guess she is." He awed and I got flustered so I pushed him out and closed the door behind us so we wouldn't wake her up. "What's up? Did you need something?" I asked, looking down at him. "No, but we do have a small problem." He said with a little frown, pointing upstairs to the rest of the gang. "Oh?" I say as I make my way upstairs, seeing Kath and Cray along with Elliot and Liv ( Elliot's girlfriend ) I got confused and tilted my head, looking at Kath for an answer. "Bazz.. you know Daniel right?" She said with a sad tone, ice shot down my spine, I felt weak at the name as I had forgotten she was still with him. ( Editor Note: She's not with him! They broke up at the beginning and that's why she moved out here in the first place! I'll make a quick character sheet in the next one to clear things up!! ☺️ ) "Uh.. yeah I know him." I say coldly, "What about him?" I looked to her again, "He found out where she was and is coming to visit.." she said, "And that's a bad thing? They're together aren't they?" I say with a scoff, both Cray and Kath looked at each other and shook their heads. "Daniel was abusing Y/N, for a very long time before she finally had the courage to leave him to come here." I looked at him as my hands became fists, the though of him putting his hands on her made me outraged. "If he does I'll fucking kill him for hurting her!" I say with anger. Elliot rushes over to me and shook his head, "Bazz, listen, we know you care for Y/N but she has to handle this on her own, it'll be okay because we're all going with her." He said with a reassuring smile. I ponder for a minute, finally releasing my fists back into hands. "okay.." I say.

( your POV )

You wake up in a blanket, a pillow that smelled like Brodey's cologne, you blush as you inhale the sweet scent. "Brodey..?" You call out for him, looking around the room as you turn to see the table that you put your phone on. * 21 Missed Messages * "oh?" You say quietly, you open it and freeze instantly when you see the contact that had messaged.

Daniel..(5:14 pm): Hey Y/N, I'm sorry for what I've done to you during our relationship."
Daniel.. (5:14 pm): "I want to start over, that's why I'm moving to Sydney with you! Isn't that great? We can look at the kangaroos together! 🦘❤️"
Daniel.. (5:25 pm) "please talk to me, I miss you so much babygirl."
Daniel..(6:30 pm) "You better talk to me before I actually hurt you again you dumb bitch!"
