Trigger {ALTERNATE STORY}

[School]

Time skip: A few years later...
3rd person's POV
A blue haired girl sat at the terrace of her room, enjoying the morning breeze with her short, ruffled hair and dolphin printed pajamas.

She watched the people go on their daily morning routine, some opening up shop and others still getting ready for the morning.

"Suzu, can you wake your sister up? It's a school day today!" Suzu turned around at the sound of her stepmother's voice, quickly running out of her room and towards her sister's, whom was still sleeping in her pink bed.

"Sis, wake up." She gently shook her sister awake, smiling slightly as she sees the pinkette's eyes opening.

"Okay okay I'm awake- Suzu stop shaking me." yawning, Sakura sat up and rubbed her eyes, slowly looking at the time making her eyes widen.

"It's this time already?! I might not have the time to fix my hair at this rate!!" standing abruptly, Sakura dragged her sister towards the dining room, the two eating their breakfast and doing what they needed to do in the mornings.

Suzu watched her sister frantically yet gently combing her pink hair, the stuffed dragon she was given resting on her chest.

"Sis."

"Mm?"

"Take care." Sakura sweatrdopped at this and turned around, putting her comb down and walked towards Suzu.

"Silly- today will be your first day at school remember?"

"Oh."

Suzu's POV
While walking to school, I watched my sister fight against Ino , whom I do not know whether her relationship with her is either a friend or a rival.

"First one that gets to school gets to sit next to Sasuke-kun!"

"Bring it on, Ino pig!!!!"

The two of them sped away from me in a flash, leaving dust trails as they did so, once again having a match for.. a 'Sasuke'

Following the dust trail to school, my attention quickly went to the dango shop that I was about to pass by- running in to buy a box of dangos.

"Mind telling me why you spent almost half of your week's allowance on this box?" Arriving at school, I immediately came face to face with a worried sister, my eyes avoiding eye contact while munching silently on a dango, the box hidden behind me.

"Because...... Dango."

"That isn't a good explanation!" Sakura bonked my head, and in pain I held it with my free hand, the dango stick now rested on my mouth.

"Sis lost?" I asked, trying to change the subject from the dangos behind me,  tilted my head at her in question.

"No! It's that stupid Naruto who ruined it!" Sakura huffed.

Blinking twice, I peek behind her to see all her classmates, some staring at me and whispering to each other already.

"Where Sasuke?"

"Sasuke-kun? He's over there--isn't he so hot and handsome?" Sakura pointed at a smug emo guy being surrounded by girls, his hair facing upwards like a hedgehog on alert.

I sweat drop at my sister's preferences but nonetheless did not say anything and looked to the one beside... it... to see a blonde, whiskered boy glaring at the it.

Sakura seeing this stomped towards their direction while dragging me along, the girls aside from the shy looking one all screaming angrily at their direction.

"Naruto! What do you think you're doing?!" wincing at the volume of my sister's voice, I did not bother to listen to their argument and sat on a table with the least people, continuing to munch on my dango peacefully.

I abruptly stopped chewing when I saw the orange and the it smack themselves face to face, blinking as I do not know what that gesture meant.

"Hey new girl! Not a fan I see?" I look towards the source of the sound to see a guy with a dog on his head, and with him was a guy wearing black shades.

"Kiba, Can you not flirt so early in the morning?"

The dog boy huffed as he crossed his arms, glaring at the shades man beside him.

"I ain't flirting Shino! And besides, this chick isn't even my type."

"Sorry for disturbing you- we just noticed you were new and wanted to introduce ourselves."

The dog boy grinned and pointed at himself, then at the dog at his head who barked and wagged his tail happily.

"The name's Inuzuka Kiba! And this is my best bud, Akamaru!"

Kiba nudged the shades man who muttured something before introducing himself.

"Aburame Shino."

I shook hands with the dog boy named Kiba who grinned and let me pet his puppy, Shino standing there quietly as he watched our interaction.

"Haruno Suzu."

I watch Kiba's jaw drop, and look at me with wide eyes before looking at the direction of my sister, then once again looked back at me.

"So you're Sakura's sister?! You two don't really look much alike."

"I am adopted." Silence befalls the three of us as Kiba nervously scratched the back of his head, avoiding eye contact for a split second.

"It's okay." Patting Kiba's head, I resumed eating my dangos and failed to notice the face of Kiba becoming red, Shino stating that he was to go to his seat followed by Kiba.

I watch as the teacher came in and everyone shuffled to their seats, the last thing I saw before focusing at the teacher was the orange looking beat up.

"Sis nervous?" I looked at my sister as I followed her stalking the it from earlier, spotting my other girl classmates stalking as well.

"For tomorrow? Not exactly, because I'm confident after all! How about you? Isn't it your first time and all? Sensei said you can take the exam a week after so you can practice the clone jutsu you know." Sakura whispered, going to another hiding place to take a close look at it for a reason I do not know why, although I silently followed behind her.

"No. I'm excited."

"I see. That's great then Suzu!" ruffling my hair, Sakura told me to go ahead and go home first, as to which I complied and started to walk home, when I spotted a certain classmate clad in bright orange in the training grounds near the school.

' If I remember correctly.. Isn' t that Uzumaki Naruto? '

Debating in my head, I chose to go to his direction, wondering what he was up to.
