Trigger {ALTERNATE STORY}

[Leaf]

Kira's POV (Its been a long time T^T)

I look around the surroundings for any posiible threat as the bear carried me behind her back, Leo and her continuing to bicker about small arguments while we continue to make our way to the village hidden in the sand, the men we were to kill located there.

"And for one thing--Honey here can't even hear us, so it's possible that I can marry her even without her consent!"

"Woah there lady! I think yer getting too ahead of yourself there!"

'Not to mention I can hear you..' I thought to myself, feeling the ground beneath my feet once again as we stopped to rest for a bit.

Looking around the forest while my hand was held by Astral to keep me from escaping, the two continued to once again fight about things I do not understand.

I look up as something that flew by caught my attention, it's bright wings luring me to where it was going although the bear stopped me from doing so.

"Where are you going honey? We're still not going to the sand yet." trying to pry my hand off her grip but to no avail, my struggle seeming to only make her grip tighter.

"I think she wants to follow that flying thing over there."

Nudging his snout to the direction of the fluttering thing, Astral looked at it before looking back at me.

"Honey that's just a butterfly, nothing interesting about it really. It just flies and does the thing with the flowers, that's all."

I open my mouth to try and speak but nothing came out, only the sounds of growling and mumbling can be heard.

"Awh, are you trying to say you love me?"

"Get off your high *ss, she obviously wants to play with the 'butterfly'."

Hearing a deep growl emerge from the bear, she let go of my hand and pounced onto Leo, the two rough housing at each other making me have the chance to follow the butterfly, leaving them in the woods.

Following it as it flew in a sandy area, I got nearer and nearer and finally caught it in my hands.

'Yay! I'm sure Leo will like it!' with that thought in my head, I turn around to dash back to where Leo and Astral are, only to bump into someone, the butterfly in my hands being set free from my surprise.

"Sorry about that- wait..aren't you..?!"

I look up to see the same emerald eyes I last saw in the old hideout with the blonde human, pink locks blown by the sandy wind.

"....!" realizing that she was probably an enemy, I take a step back, before making a mad dash away from her to the busy streets, not knowing whether I should kill her or not.

Looking behind me, I saw that she was getting nearer, making me speed up and jump from roof to roof, quickly jumping down and hiding in the dark forest.

Imagine my surprise when I turned around to see a face just inches from mine making me internally scream and jump about three trees away, the person pouting at me as she crossed her arms.

"And I thought I was gonna steal a kiss."

"In your dreams woman." Leo appeared beside me while glaring at Astral who was still pouting, before sighing and scratching her head.

"For now let's focus on the mission, I want this over and done with so I can spend more time with my honey~"

"Enough with the creep talk and let's get going."

"Says the weirdo."

Spitting the chunk of meat from the last man's head, I stand from my crouching position with Astral still crouching beside me as Leo took the scroll from the dead guy with his mouth.

"Aight, we done here. Now let's head on over to the hidden leaf and get this over and done with."

"Yeah yeah- we know that already, come on honey." feeling her hold my hand, the three of us disappear from the location just as ninjas were approaching us.

Opening my eyes I see that we were now far away from the hidden sand, my body pressed onto Astral's back as we walked to I guess the direction of the hidden leaf.

"Heh, since there's no rush, wanna go to the hot bath in the hidden leaf?"

"Suuure, and let the people see what? A humongous spiky porcupine, a ferocious ice lion and not to mention a blood bathed girl in the bath. What a nice idea."

Looking at my hands stained with blood, I lick them to try to get the blood off only for a paw to stop me.

" No don't do that- you really wanna get in the bath?" staring at him Leo already knew my answer making him sigh and Astral grin in victory.

"Yes! We're gonna hit the bath!"

"Only when it's midnight."

"Yes mom." looking beneath me I see Astral pouting, my hand now resting on top of her head as I patted it.

"Awwww you're so sweet my honey!"

Suddenly being squished by her chest, I look at Leo for help who only grinned at this torture.

Guessing we were about a mile away from the village, Leo decided we should wait here till the moon shone, so now we were just hunting for food.

Spotting a bird by the branch of the trees, I tugged at Leo's mane and pointed at it's direction, making him and Astral look up.

"... Eh, that'll do for now." crouching down, she jumped and caught it with her clawed hands, killing it before landing back down and putting it on the ground.

"What a savage way to kill the poor thing."

"What? You're gonna do the same thing anyways!"

While I saw them busy with their squabble, I take the dead bird onto my hands before putting it in my mouth, chewing it making the bones slowly crack by my teeth, the sound gaining the attention of the two in front of me.

"Ah! That's not fair honey- you should learn to share!" Astral pouted, crossing her arms to her chest while Leo stared directly at my eyes.

"Kira, don't you dare swallow it."

Staring at him, I stop chewing only to immediately spit whatever bones remained, swallowing the meat after.

"Kira-!"

"Yiee! Leftovers!" Astral picked up the bones and licked it before eating it whole, now looking at Leo who was ready to scold me but was tackled by Astral, the two once again rough housing at each other.

Sitting on the ground, I watch them argue as I await the moon to take place where the sun is.
