Chapter 13: Beginnings of a forbidden friendship.

3rd POV:

A fews days later, Blaze walks on her way to meet Starscream on the flight deck as promised and turns to ask him why she is there when she  approaches.

Blaze: " So why did you want to meet me here today Starscream?" She asks not exactly enthusiastic.

Starscream: " Well...." Starscream hesitates becoming too discouraged to ask her while trying to hide the blush that had started to spread across his facial plates.

Blaze: " Well, what?" The White Seeker asks raising a ridge with some expectancy.

Starscream: " Did you want to go on a flight with me and you know... just talk? We are supposed to be missions partners after all right?" The Silver Seeker asked becoming a little more confident.

Blaze: " I suppose so, it would be a rather nice change of pace from everything that has happened as of late, so why not." Blaze agreed with a grin she didn't know was plastered on her features.

Delighted that Blaze had agreed, Starscream smiled the biggest smile he had in a long time and transforms taking off into the air, Blaze doing the same and following right along side him.

Starscream's POV:

I cannot believe that Blaze actually agreed to fly with me today... she looks to be having as good a time as I am.

While watching her fly ahead of me, I couldn't help but admire her sleek form, from the slender shape of her body to the unique shape of her wings. I used to think that the color of her finish needed to be changed to something more fit to being a Decepticon but, I have come to love it on her since it suits her so well.

I even admire the way she flies.

The twists, turns, and trick like figures she does.... even some of the tricks shes been doing I would have a difficult time doing. I wonder if she could teach me how to do one of those sometime.....?

" Hey Starscream, don't be jet lagging on me now....keep up or your going to be left behind!" Blaze suddenly says breaking me out of trance.

' YEE-AHH-HA! Blaze wait for me!' I shout out to her attempting to gain back the speed I lost.

Blaze's POV:

About an hour had past since we started flying and Starscream had taken lead a while ago saying that I should follow him. I wonder though, where is he leading me? I ask myself feeling a rising suspicion.

A few minutes later I find myself following him to a forest, where he seems to be preparing to land. If I'm not mistaken... I think he wants to show me something and rest for a while... I sure hope that the Autobots don't show up while we are here, I really do not want to have this good time I'm actually having with Star to be wasted because of a fight that will start between us and the Autobots.

Moments later, we both end up landing in a forest clearing. As soon as we get close to the ground we transform and I look around seeing that the clearing had a huge lake and a mountain with a huge waterfall cascading into it.

Seeing all this however had brought back a bad memory of when I was younger.. and I stand there both confused and alarmed by this, shifting into an attack stance and prepare for an attack that had almost happened from what I remembered from the sudden memory and I go to attack forgetting Starscream is the one behind me.

Seeing this Starscream begins to freak out and says;

" Blaze! Calm down! What are you doing!"

Hearing that the voice is not the attacker from my memory but rather Starscream, I break out of the panic induced trance with wide optics and frozen in the spot I stood.
