To get the participation sticker follow these steps:
1. Click on the photo, and screenshot it
2. Open the photo editing app PhotoGrid (If not others will work as well)
3. Click the blue button at the bottom of the screen
4. Select meme in the bottom right corner
5. Click sticker
6. Click clip in the top left corner of the sticker popup, and press create
7. Click the sticker from your gallery
8. Press simple (It should have a star icon)
9. Select the circle, and adjust it to the outside of the white participation circle
10. Viola! You have your sticker, just make sure to save, and place it on your cover
