Justin's POV
Fury surged into my body, almost making me want to throw a chair at her. I was tempted to, but I didn't.
"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked, gritting my teeth.
Britney flashed a smiled and twirled her hair. She walked to the door and locked it, preventing others from walking in.
She did a little dance, shaking her butt against my chest. I pushed her away and she landed on the couch.
"Justin! I thought we were have fun!" Britney pouted.
I looked at her absolutely stunned, why would she even close I was having anything close to fun?
"What's wrong with you?" I asked demanding an answer.
"Oh Justin, poor Justin. You're so confused! I'm the one you're supposed to be with, not that little skanky bitch! I'm the only one! I'm mean, I get what I want!" She yelled.
Britney climbed tried to back on my lap, but I shoved her back on the couch.
"Justin!" She screeched.
"Britney, shut the fuck up! I'm tired of you lying and talking about Melissa like that! We might not be dating, but I love her! Not your little skanky ass! So go ahead and sleep your way to the top with Wade, I'm done with your bullshit." I yelled with complete fury.
Britney sat wide eyed as I walked out of the waiting room, making my way to Melissa.
Before I could even get halfway to the room, Doctor Reynolds stopped me.
"What's the matter?" I asked heavily concerned.
"Well, we have good news and bad news Justin. Which one would you like to hear first?" He asked.
"Good news." I replied.
"Melissa thankfully did not suffer from a heart attack, she doing better than before. Currently she awake and watching some tv. She might even be able to go home in 2 days." He said.
Relief flooded through my body, making me feel much better than before.
"That's great! And the bad news?" I asked.
Doctor Reynolds face darkened, you could see the grief that filled his eyes. It almost looked like he felt horrible about the news he was going to deliver.
"Doc?" I asked once again.
He took a deep sigh and answered.
"We don't know quite exactly what the mystery attack did to her, some of this might have came from the after shock from the car hit. But we do know this. Melissa's nerves suffered quite some damage. The nerves from her waist below are not responding like they should."
"So what are you telling me?" I asked still confused.
"What I'm telling you Justin is, Melissa may never walk again.
Melissa's POV
Here I sat in my bed, recovering from the car incident that Justin had caused, well sorta.
I can barely remember when Justin said to me before I had that crazy attack.
Something about doves? No that can't be right. Shovels? No why would Justin talk about shovels.
Love?
Now that just crazy, Justin doesn't love me. That can't be even close to whatever he told me.
Why can't I remember what he said? Do I have some kind of short term memory loss?
Oh well, I guess I watch some tv.
