On Kamaria's 21st birthday, Priest Hevanst had a special staff made for her as a gift. When she opened it, her eyes grew so wide "Oh father! It's beautiful!" She exclaimed. The staff had a royal blue handle, with a large silver crescent moon sitting on top and blue lights that hung off of it. "I had it made perfectly for you, since you're going to become a cleric I felt it couldn't hurt to get you one" Hevanst said as he watched Kamaria stare at the staff in amazement. "Can I take it outside, father? I want to see it in better light" she asked, practically jumping with joy, Hevanst smiled and waved his hand "Of course sweety, while your out there can you tend to my tomatoes?" He asked. Kamaria nodded and ran out side towards the vegetable garden. After taking a few minutes to admire the staff in the sunlight, she placed it down against the wall and walked towards the garden. As Kamaria was watering the tomatoes, she heard a clamoring sound come from the the wilderness that surrounded the temple. She stood up slowly and glanced inside the house, Priest Hevanst had left the room and Kamaria was afraid of wasting time. She quickly grabbbed her staff and started walking in the direction of the noise. Kamaria brushed a few leaves and branches away as she walked until she reached the source of the sounds, it was coming from a skeleton who has gotten stuck in a rabbit trap. "Oh my, here let me help you" Kamaria said as she bent down and began to untie the rabbit trap from the skeletons leg. Once it came undone the skeleton ran off quickly away from Kamaria while yelling "Aasmiar! Aasmiar!" As if he was trying to warn someone. Kamaria quickly followed him "Hold on! I'm not going to hurt you!" She quickly ran in front of him and blocked his path, "Don't go, I'm friendly! My name is Kamaria, what's yours?" She asked as she looked up at him. He was very much taller than Kamaria, he seemed a little startled but he didn't seem too afraid "Im Augustus." The large skeleton spoke. "It's nice to meet you Augustus. How did you end up in that rabbit trap back there?" Kamaria asked. Augustus looked down as if embarrassed "I was chasing rabbits.." he said quietly. "Chasing the rabbits? Why's that?" Kamaria asked as she sat down a large rock beside her. "Well.. I think they look really cute .. and fluffy! And I didn't want them to end up in those traps, but I guess I ended up in them instead" he said, with a pout. Kamaria laughed a little "Well thats very nice of you to want to protect them" she said. As the two were wrapping up the conversation a large mass of black fog started rolling in, "Thats odd, it didn't look like it would get foggy today" Kamaria said as she stood up off the rock. Augustus looked around calmly which made Kamaria feel a bit panicked. The fog came together to creat a large figure infront of Kamaria, and she froze with fear as she stared into angry, red eyes.
