The Light Warriors

"Do you like the decoration?" he asked as he stood up and looked toward me and then to a replica of a pyramid which was behind me. "It makes me feel at home back when I was living with my student: Tutankhamen, he had managed to find these stones that emitted some energy that could be used to create large amounts of energy, they are now called Radiation, a shame that I couldn't be there for him to help him study them"

I nodded as I could take a better look at him, a shadow beard and the lack of hair on his head made his forehead look bigger than it was, side hair slightly white gave him all the image of someone called "Boss", his medieval armor didn't fit his Egyptian taste and it wasn't gray but ebony which made contrast with his tanned skin color and as he turned around, a fine red cape that fell down past the back of his knees.

-"I am sure you have more important questions than why I have an Egyptian looking room so, go ahead and ask, but first let me introduce myself: My name is Doram Dominus Ebbene and I wield the tittle of Boss, the fourth member of the Shine, the elite of the Light Warriors. The light warriors are a group of individuals who wish to help this world, Noweld, that called upon our help to protect it against the Darkness Warriors, who want to control its power to go back to Earth and take over it; We want to prevent this from happening and so we are currently in a never ending war with them".

I was shocked by all the information which I didn't expect to get out of an introduction and it took me some seconds to reply: "I am Mario Ad Noman, and I am no special and I have no wish to take part on this or any other war. I just want to go back to Earth, I want to go home!"

-I'm sorry to tell you this but you can't go back, Noweld lost its balance long ago and we haven't found a way to reestablish it yet, and with the Darkness Warriors in the way it hasn't been easy to find a way out of this world.

-Then what? I am to stay here in this forsaken place? You are the third person I have met after a creature tried to kill me and then two guys showed up and killed it in front of me! What am I supposed to do!?

-Join us, Mario. Time itself has no meaning in this world as no one tracks its age anymore, the women have no complains, it is said that when the door is opened and it is time to go back we will all return to where we were taken from.

He put his hand in front of me to shake and added:

-"Let's get back together, let us help you return as that is what we can offer you".

I didn't trust him, but in the middle of a war as he said it's better to take a side to be save and those guys before seemed strong enough

-"I'm in as long as I can get a weapon for myself, I wish not to find another creature like that one back then and have no one near to help me". --I said shaking his hand--

He smiled and nodded--"Go back through the light and it will take you to your new room, I'll send Jhin to help you with that and, welcome to the Light Warriors".

I turned around and walked into the light as Doram stood there, looking up to a painting of an angel, a demon and a body-less being in the middle keeping them from fighting was torn out and burnt.
"He who stood in the middle could see both sides, the edges are no longer and he who kept the balance was corrupted by its own kin. After so long someone has been called who wishes not to fight and the numbers are again out of balance, the first will not be pleased".
