(please excuse how shitty this will be, I don't know what court is like or how gang testimonies go so this is all from my mind :)) I tried doing research but it rendered me useless so, bare with me)
The court was silent.
I stood at the victim's stand, opposite to the suspect stand, where Jaemin stood.
I could see from the corner of my eye, everyone looking up at us. My heart boomed in my chest, almost about to pop out and I held onto the ramp tightly. Palms sweaty.
I had been up here for a while, talking about what they did to me.
'Would you care to explain what happened after that, Miss Y/N?'
I took a breath in. Did I have to say this out loud?
'Then,' I started, my breath was shaky, 'he dragged me into his room and...tried to rape me,'
Some gasps were heard from the crowd which increased by the second. Of course, Jaemin's rich parents were sitting there, thinking who knows what about me and about their own son.
They were big people so the crowd in there were shocked that Jaemin would do such a thing. A few smacks on the table were heard from the judge as he asked for silence.
The interrogator asked me, 'How did you get away from that?'
'Jeno saved me'
'Well, actually...one of the gang members saved me himself,'
'Who was that?'
'Jeno,' I replied quietly.
Up till now, I had said nothing bad about Jeno or even mentioned his name that much. He was the last member of the gang to be questioned.
Not long after that, the judge said that we could go home today and the case would continue tomorrow, to question Jeno and Beomgyu, the witness.
After that, there would be a final testimony where it would be decided who's going to jail or not. My head pounded as I walked off the stand and held on to the railing.
In an instant, I had forgotten everything I said. I was too nervous and couldn't control what came out of my mouth properly.
When we went home, Beomgyu held my hand the whole time. We had become closer these past few weeks. He comforted me.

although it was stupid, I found him to be
my first love but why did I feel like something bed was going to happen?
