When we got out of the hotel there was another limo. I smiled and hopped in. "Alright, we'll be there a little before the interview so you can relax and you'll find out who it is once we get there."she said. I nodded and looked out the window.
I was on the edge of my seat. This is amazing. I guess I do have a story for people to find out too. My jaw dropped when I saw where we were. "Is my interview with Jimmy Fallon?"I asked tears coming to my eyes. She smiled and nodded. I laughed a little as we all climbed out of the building. "This is crazy."I said putting my hands on top of my head. I could feel the hair growing back, but my mind was still on that's in from of.
We all smiled as we started to walk to a room. "You guys can wait there until someone comes and calls Emma out."she said. We nodded and walked into the room. That room is amazing. There's a counter of snacks and a note saying we can help ourselves, a bathroom, three couches, a couple chairs, and a big TV with the channel the shows on. "This is unbelievable."I said. "And it's all for you."Murr said. That's what I can't believe.
That's when Jimmy's show came on. "Miss.Quinn, if you'll follow me."a man said walking into the room. I nodded and walked out of the room. I took a big breath as a lady put on my mic. I smiled. "Now please welcome my guest Emma Quinn!"Jimmy yelled. The doors opened and I walked through waving and smiling. I then walked over to Jimmy. I shook hands with him and we sat down.
"It's nice to meet you."Jimmy said. "You too."I said. "Now, can you tell me how old you are?" Jimmy asked. "Thirteen."I said. Everyone started to clap. "You're really brave!"A lady yelled. Jimmy and I started to laugh. "Thank you!"I yelled back smiling. "Anyone, am I ask. Do doctor know what cured you?"Jimmy asked. "No, that's the thing. They have no idea what happened."I said.
"Can you tell us more about this news head line?"Jimmy asked. That's when I saw a news report on what happened in the tree. "Right, well. As some people in my life know. Is that I was a foster kid. I had no idea who my real parents are. I was left for so man to find me after he was done working. So, my adopted family got in touch with my grandparents and some of my real family. So we flew up to Texas to meet them. I was having so much fun. Playing around with some cousins. That's when I saw this big tree that the youngest was swinging on. The oldest that was around my age asked if I want to climb up with her."I said.
"I wasn't sure if I could, but she helped me climb up. We were so high up when we stopped. We had sat on this tree branch for a long time talking about everything that has happened trying to catch up when the branch started to snap under us. I was scared to death. So was the cousin I was with. She told me to sit in a groove in the trunk, because she wanted me safe before she moved. So I did what she said. I was half way close to sitting when the wall snapped on me and I fell face first in the middle of the tree."I said.
We talked for a really long time. Jimmy's so nice. "Alright, I was told that you had to leave school early on the first day."Jimmy said. "Yeah, I kind of punch a bully and was sent home."I said. I made the audition and Jimmy laugh. That's when a worker came out. "Uh, excuse me. I have a message from someone in this room to tell you all!"the worker yelled. Here it goes. He then held up a sign saying I'm gay with an arrow. He walked all over the audition and when made his way over to Jimmy. He put it over his head and shook his own head. That made the whole room laughing.
He they walked over to me and kept it there. Everyone clapped there hands as the worker nodded his head. I pointed to me and started to smile and laugh. He then ran backstage. "What a good way to tell people."Jimmy said as we all sat back down. I nodded and laughed. "That went better than I thought."I said.
I made Jimmy laugh his head off. "Emma Quinn everyone."Jimmy said getting up from his seat. I got up and shook his head again. "You are amazing."he said. I smiled. "Thanks."I said. "Hey let's take a picture."Jimmy said. I nodded and gave my phone to a worker. Jimmy did the same thing. We both got really good pictures. I thanked the man as he handed me my phone back. "Here, let me give you my number so we can talk if you need to."he said. I nodded and we traded numbers. I smiled and I walked back to the guys and Jessie.
"I'm proud of you for telling everyone."Sal said. I smiled and hugged him. I then pulled away and looked at everyone else. "I'm glad you told us kiddo."Joe said hugging me. Murr and Jessie joined us. Then Sal. I smiled and looked at Q. I pulled away from the hug at the same time as everyone else. I then walked over to Q. "Are you mad?"I asked. "No, it's just taking me a long time to understand it that's all."Q said. I nodded and we all walked to the limo. I smiled and looked out the window as we started to move. That's when my phone went off.
Ross: Hey saw you on TV. Uh, my dad said we can't hang out. I'm sorry. I have to broke up with you.
That broke my heart.
Me: No, you're not. You're just mad that I told everyone on TV. You know what. I didn't feel anything with you anyway. There is a lot of girls out there for me. Just you wait and see.
I shut my phone off and took a breath so I wouldn't cry in front of everyone. When we got back to our room I changed into PJs and fell asleep in my bed with Snow by my side.
