*Marcy's POV*

Tears flooded me. I couldn't stop crying. I can't let go of it. I had to leave him. He wanted to leave me. Simon's ice powers had taken control of him, and it's my entire fault.

He couldn't remember me anymore. It's all because of the stupid crown. I sobbed, as my eyes were red from the weeping. I floated to the tallest tree I could find.

I saw Ice King (Simon called himself that) making a triangular castle. He changed his clothes. He now wore a blue wizard robe, with his crown on his head.

I sobbed again. "Oh, Simon," I said. "This is all my fault. I'm so sorry..." I broke into tears again.

I want this suffering to stop. I want him to remember me again, to love me again.

When I looked back at the ice kingdom he made, a pink girl had appeared next to Simon. I couldn't hear what they were saying, but the pink girl just punched Simon on the face!

"Whoa! Whoa!" I yelled. I flew to them, my anger burning on that stupid, pink girl. How could she punch an innocent man?!

I stopped, the girl and Simon in front of me. The girl is entirely pink! She has short hair the same length as mine, and wearing a magenta dress. The girl looks awfully familiar. Right now, I didn't care who that girl is.

"Hey." I called out. "Leave that man alone!" She seemed to have noticed me. She let go of Simon, but he was still passed-out.

The pink girl glared at me. "So, Marceline..." she said.

How did she know my name? It looks like we've seen each other before, but I couldn't remember. "Do I know you? And how did you know my name?" I tried to act tough.

The girl rolled her eyes. "You don't remember?" She took something out of her dress pocket and threw the thing to me. I caught and stared at an empty can of chicken soup. I gasped.

"Wait, this was the chicken soup that Simon gave to me," I said. "Then, you must be the blob of..."

"Yes" she said. "And this freak of yours called me 'yuck' after I gave him chicken soup! So I punched him in the face."

"Oh." I said. "How do you know my name?"

She combed her short, pink, hair with her fingers. "Well, DUH! I watched you since you were born!"

        "You did?"

She giggled. "Nah, I just saw you three years ago."

Suddenly, Simon woke up from the punching incident. He started to fly away without a word. Now is my chance.

"Simon!" I called out, but he was flying so fast, I couldn't keep up with him. I couldn't chase him also. The sun was shining, and I can feel myself burning. I didn't care about the pain, I started to pound the snow until I made a hole. I screamed with pain and sorrow. The girl seems to notice.

"Whoa!" She said. She tried to hide me by using an umbrella that was lying on the ground. I sobbed hard. I couldn't control my tears. This is all my fault!

The pink girl kneeled next to me, touching my back. "Yo, man," she said. "What's wrong?"

        "Simon..." I sobbed again.

She hugged me. After she was done, she helped me stand up. My eyes were still weepy, and I tried to wipe it off.

"Marceline, I feel your pain," she said. "But, when you're sad, you can't just sit here and cry about it. You've gotta let it go."

"Let it go? But... I... can't..."

She smiled at me. "Look girl, the things you can do to let it go, is get busy! Do stuff that'll make 'ya cool!"

        I nodded.

She winked at me. "So what do you do for fun?"'

"Oh, uh," I stammered. "I love to prank people, maybe scare them off." I showed her my demon faces. My face turned into a wolf, then a snake-lizard. It scared that girl off.

"Um, sorry," I said. "I'm practicing."

"Gah! OKAY!" She said. "So where do we go?"

I gave an evil grin. "We're going to a cliff, and sky dive!"

        "Um... Ok..."

I grabbed her arm and ran through the forest. We stopped for a while to rest.

        "Hey," I said while panting.

        She looked at me.

"You know my name, so I wanna know yours,"

She stood up straight. "My name is Princess Bonnibel Bubblegum, at your service!" Bonnibel bowed at me.

        I raised a brow. "So, you're a princess?" I asked her.

"Well, technically, no," she said. "I haven't have a kingdom yet, nor a coronation. But, I'm cool."

"Alright, Bonnie," I said, an evil grin spreading across my face. "Let's get extreme!"
