chapter 18

Emilia's p.o.v
As the bell rang for lunch time,I headed to the cafeteria to take my lunch and seated myself next to Abby, who was waiting for me. We were both eating our sandwiches in silence and looking at every person who was passing by.
"It has a weird taste",Abby said with her mouth full of food.
"It's the cheese that makes it have a weird taste",I stated.
I continued to eat my weird sandwich but when I noticed Namjoon,I coughed.
Abby patted my back gently,asking me if I was okay.
"I'm fine",I managed to say.
When I looked in front of me,Namjoon was already there.
"Uhmmm-Emilia",he cleared his throat.
"Hey-"I said.
"Let's break up",he cut me off.

I was so shocked by his words that I couldn't move. Abby silently walked away,leaving me with Namjoon.

"W-what do you m-mean?",I stuttered.
He looked at me with a sad smile and held my hand tight.
"I love you but I know that you don't love me...the best is to break up with you so that you can feel free to love Hoseok",he muttered.
I froze ,not knowing what to say.

"Hoseok loves you too...so tell him that you love him",he said with a warm smile.
I felt like if I wanted to cry but then Namjoon hugged me. It was so comfortable to be in his arm that I wanted it to last forever.
We parted and when he looked at me,I saw tears falling on Namjoon's cheek.
I wiped the tears away from his cheeks and smiled at him before he left me on my own.

Abby was looking at me with puppy dog eyes,wanting to know what Namjoon was telling me. I rolled my eyes at her and sighed.
"Me and Namjoon broke up",I simply said ,walking away to get at my seat.
She was about to say something but I cut her off,telling her that I didn't even love him. She looked at me with shock and went back to her seat.

As I was going home,I heard someone running towards me and when I looked back,I saw Hoseok.
"Hey wait for me",he managed to say.
I stopped to walked and smiled at him.
"I broke up with Lea",he suddenly said,out of breath.
I was happy and shocked to hear that but I did like if I was indifferent.
"Uh-okay",I simply said.

We walked together to our house ,both happy of the decisions we've made.
