chapter 19

Lea's p.o.v

I was preparing myself for my date with Namjoon's friend, Suga, this Saturday, and I was so excited that I forgot to tell Emilia about it.

I ran out of my house with my backpack, to wait for him as he told me he'd come to fetch me in a taxi at 9 in the morning. I saw a taxi passing by but it wasn't him.
I suddenly thought that Yoongi just played me a trick and that this love couldn't be true.

“Hey Lea, come on”, I heard someone shout from a taxi. It was Yoongi with a gummy smile on his flawless face. He got out of the taxi and came to me with a bouquet of flower. “I got those roses especially for you”, he said, handing me the flowers.
“Thanks”, I said shyly.

Yoongi opened the door for me and waited for me to be seated before he got himself seated next to me. How charming, I thought.
I was shocked when Yoongi told me he wanted to be my boyfriend, the day before. It was like if I was in those crazy dreams but it was not a dream;it was real.

“We can go”, Yoongi ordered the taxi driver.

Yoongi put his hand on my hand shyly and squeezed it. I never thought Yoongi was shy like me. I always thought he was the opposite of shy. I suddenly felt Yoongi's warm lips against my ear.
“I love you Lea”, he whispered.

The car came to a halt and Yoongi got out, holding my hand to help me get out. We were in front of a fast food named 'BGG's fast food'.

“Do you wanna eat right now or do you want to go to walk a little first”, Yoongi asked me.
I looked at my watch and saw that it was still 10:30 a.m.

“Let's walk”, I answered.

We walked silently, hands in hands, taking a look at some interesting stuff that we saw in some shops. He insisted in buying me a flower crown saying that I'll look great in it. He was admiring me with his wonderful eyes of his and that made me blushed. I told him to wait for me outside the shop and then got out with another flower crown in my hand.

“What will you do with another flower crown?”, he said, looking at me with big eyes.
I put the flower crown on his head and said:”This one is for you”.

At eleven o'clock, we went in the fast food and ordered burger and chips for both of us.
As I was eating my chips, he was looking at me attentively and that was strange.
“What's the problem “, I asked him.
He took a tissue paper in his right hand and approaches me. “There was ketchup on your cheeks”, he told me, cleaning my cheeks carefully.

“Uh-thanks”, I stuttered.
“You're welcome”, he said, getting himself seated again.

He didn't look shy when he was cleaning my cheeks but now he was shy. I wanted to tell him that I love him so much but I couldn't say a single word in front of him. I was so nervous.

“Yoo-Yoongi?”, I managed to say in my nervousness.
He stared into my eyes, not bothering to stop the eye contact when I started to talk.

"I-I love-", I tried to say with so much efforts.

He was still staring at me, waiting for me to continue.

"I love burgers", I suddenly said.

"I love burgers too but not more than I love you", he mumbled.
