We're walking in silence for like two hours now. I never knew a city could be this big.

'Why do you even wanna go there?' He asks.

'I don't know. I wanna be free I guess.' I say.

'So you're gonna live a lonely life in the mountains. I have to admit that does sound pathetic.' He says.

'Stop it! Because you can't be free, doesn't mean I can't either. Yes, I'm alone, but at least I'm happy.' I say.

'You can't be happy if you're always alone, trust me.' He says. No, I don't trust him at all. If aunt Clarissa taught me one thing well, is it to not trust people immediately. So I know it's stupid to ask a total stranger who seems to be stealing stuff to help me.

I only roll my eyes.

We continue walking again and become silent. I decide to look around a bit. It's actually a beautiful day today. The little shops in this streets are all open and the people on the street are all happy. The apartments above the shops are small and cozy and I can't help but smile.

'Why are you smiling?' He asks. I think for a second before I answer.

'Because I can.' I answer

'Because you can...' He repeats.

Then I remember I don't know his name yet and I have to ask him.

'What's you're name?' I ask.

'Why should I tell you? What's you're name?' He asks me.

'Why won't you tell me?' I ask, raising my eyebrow. He sighs.

'Zayn Malik.' He says. Zayn Malik... I swear to god I've heard that name before.

'Perrie Edwards.' I respond. I see him raising an eyebrow but then he shakes his head and we walk past a big group of people around... I don't know what they're watching. Then I hear a voice of a reporter on a tv.

"..We don't know who, but the police is trying to find the one who did this. Where I'm talking about is the stolen crown of the missing princess. The princess is missing for exact 18 years today and the crown was the only thing we had from her. The police..."

I can't listen to the reporter any longer because Zayn's dragging me away from the crowd.

I can only think about what I just heard. I've never heard about a missing princess. I only knew we have a queen and the queen has two daughters, one married, with the duty to become queen later. But I never knew she had kids too. Looks like aunt Clarissa forgot that or something. Maybe because she thought it wasn't that important for me to know? Well, at least I know now.

'Why did you drag me away?' I ask.

'We didn't have to listen. Everybody knows it already.' He snaps.

'I didn't!' I say.

'Well, now you know.' He spats. I take a glance at his sweater and the object beneath it. That's when everything clicks.
