Hey everyone! Sorry this isn't an update—just wanted to talk about Katharsis for a moment.

I'm really, really enjoying making this story. I'm learning so much and my skills have increased dramatically since I started. Right now, I'm doing everything on paper and then finishing it on my iPad. Soon, I'll move over to completely using my iPad, and I'm super nervous for that because it's new, too. But the panels will look cleaner and everything will be a little neater.

In other news, if you haven't seen it, I created a new cover for a book I'm currently updating daily called Nord and the Bord. If that doesn't tell you how far I've come, I don't know what will. For those of you who think you can't draw or just can't draw, all it takes is practice! Don't worry about your drawings not looking like someone else's because that's your style.

Anyway, I've come a long way and I hope you enjoy this journey with me. We're almost done with chapter 1! Just two more pages (that I may or may not update this week).

I'm always on Tapas, where they update a chapter every week. It really baffles me xD. They get sketching, storyboarding, and coloring done in a week, and there are way more panels than I do. But I guess they either have them pre-done or they have help, or maybe they're just quick at doing that. Man, I'd pull my hair out.

I want to thank you guys for being so patient with me during this journey. I'm honestly truly enjoying doing it and watching me grow in my skills. I've done things with drawing I never thought I could do, like draw a crying baby version of Absyn and a crowded table. It's really such a big change in abilities. I have to find one of my old drawings before all this and show y'all. Maybe I will in the future.

But here's my first ever sketch of Absyn if you're interested.

It was made digitally, surprising enough. I wasn't comfortable with it yet when I drew him, but a few other artworks came from using my iPad and drawing with a stylus.

This was my first
