Chapter 3

♥Hajime's POV♥

"Damn! I'm stuffed after that meal!", Souda exlamined.

I'll admit, that was delicious. Even something as simple as a platter of kusamochi and a glass of orange juice was turned into such a memorable meal. I'm definitely coming back for more in later days...

When the waiter came around, I asked him for the bill, to which he smiled and fetched it immediately. I just happened to notice, that when he walks his little ponytail bounces with each step. I found it adorable, it was like that hair could not be tamed. To be honest, his entire appearance complimented itself. His pale skin and hair matched almost perfected with the contrast of his eyes, his beautiful, grey-green eyes...

SNAP THE FUCK OUT OF IT!

'Jesus, what is wrong with me today?' I pondered, must be the weather or something..

Just then, the man returned with the bill, sliding to towards me with a... Slight smirk? Confusing.

"Aw man! I totally forgot my wallet!" Kazuichi whined, almost as if he did this on purpose.

"Ayeeee, Hajimeee, be a bro and cover this for me, will ya?" He asked with a wink and thumbs up.

I sighed, "Fine.. but you owe me!" There is no way I'm letting him get away with this.

"Thanks bro, you're the best!!" He grinned.

As I sighed once again, I opened the check. What I saw next though, made my mouth fall agape.

My eyes widened as I noticed a small scrap of paper tucked under the bill.

'What's this?', I silently thought to myself. As I down-key glanced as the paper, I saw that it had text on it. It read:

"971-322-4219, text me!
- Ko :)"

What..?! A light shade of pink dusting my cheeks.

"Hey what's that?", Kazuichi asked, tilting his head slightly.

"Eh it's nothing", I responded, nonchalantly. I'll just deal with the situation later, no use getting Kazuichi involved. The only thing he'll be is an annoyance.

*Timeskip*

"Phew..", I slid down the back on my door after my arrival home. That was tiring.

Don't get me wrong, Souda's a great friend, but it's like he drains the energy out of you and then inserts it into himself, hyperactive bastard.

I slowly dragged myself to my bedroom to change into fresh clothes, as my current ones were drenched from the rain.

After changing into some sweatpants and a light grey t-shirt, I slumped onto my bed in exhaustion.

Suddenly I remembered, that guy, Ko.

I whipped out my phone and began to carefully type in each number
9-7-1-3-2-2-4-3-1-9

And so forth I messaged him.

"Mmmm" I exhaled, letting my body fall limp. I guess I'll just take a nap until he responds.

Ko: Hi! Yeah, sorry if I am bothering you or anything..

Hajime: Nah, I got nothing better to do

Ko: O-Okay..!

♥Komaeda's POV♥

Wow! This is incredible, talking to Hinata- kun!! I feel myself begin to drool at the though of him.

Ew no! He'd never even bat an eye at me, he obviously has a girlfriend or something. It's simply illogical for me to even think about being anything more than a nuisance to him, after all, I'm just trash waiter.

I'm not even homosexual..

Ko: So, Hinata- kun, what would you like to talk about?

Hajime: How do you even know my name?

Shit.

KO: A-ah! Your boyfriend said it while talking to you and I just.. happened to over hear it..

Hajime: lmao bf? Kazuichi is like my brother 😂😂

Ko: Oh! I see

Ko: So you have a girlfriend then?

Hajime: Nah

How?

Hajime: Why you ask?

Ko: H-Huh?! No reason, I was just curious.

Hajime: Okay, I gtg to bed, gn

Ko: Goodnight Hinata-kun!

And so forth our conversation came to an end. I really enjoyed talking with Hinata-kun, even if it was as brief as that. Maybe he will even consider talking to a stranger like me again!

♥Hajime's POV♥

Ko is a weird guy, but I can't help but to feel this mysterious bond between Ko and I.

Nothing special, but I want to get to know him better, even though we just met. Maybe I'll text him tomorrow. It is a Sunday tomorrow, so no school.

"Yaaaahhhnn", I yawned. I should sleep, I only just realized how tired I am.

And with that, I dozed off into a peaceful slumber.
