❤Nagito's POV❤

Upon entering the estate, it was immediatly clear that Ouma-Kun was put in charge of decoration. Or, more accurately, he forcefully took charge. The first thing I saw was a checker print sofa, and it was accompanied by a purple shag carpet. The shared apartment was small, but very... unique in it own hopeful sense.

"Kokichi, a-are you sure its okay for trash like me to stay here?" I protested. How could I be so absolutely inconsiderate? Im barging into their home, grime like I doesnt deserve friendship like this.

"Heeeey Naaagiii, how much longer are you gonna stay all mopey like thaaat??" Kokichi whined.

"A-Ah! Im so sorry" I immediatly apologized, god im worthless...

Ouma-Kun ran past me into a room, and emerged with... a lizard?

"Look!! This is my evil henchman, Herbert!" He exclamied, showing off the iguana. How did Saihara-Kun agree to adopting that?

I gingerly took Herbert from him, the thing almost knocking me off my feet with its weight! Herbert was defidently obese. How hopeless..

"Well why you just standing there? Come on in!!" He grinned, pushing me and the lizard inside.

Kokichi and I sat on the couch, where he proceded to leave and return with a plate of fruit rollups. I would never dare insult an ultimate, but his culinary taste is always a suprise to say the least. He always insists that he 'dines like a king', and who am I to tell him otherwise? We, and Herbert, watched some silly movie about high school girls being rude and actually had a great time. It completely took my mind off Hinata-Kun for the time being.

Eventually, around half past six, Saihara-Kun returned home from his studying. I don't think Kokichi told him I was here, because he appeared very shocked to see me.

"Alright, thanks for the case update, bye mo- I mean, Ms. Kirigiri." Saihara said as he hung up in a fumble. "Kokichi, im ba- Nagito??" He looked up, suprised.

"Hi Saihara-Kun, im so sorry to intrude, you see Kokichi-" I began.

"Hi Shumai!! Nagi's staying for the night, hope ya dont mind!!" Kokichi interupted. I genuinly don't hope that i'll have to overstay my welcome that's so kindly been offered to me...

"Ah, of course. I promise i'll be gone at dawn." I politely nodded.

"Where will you go then?" Shuichi asked, tilting his head with concern.

"Oh.. I suppose I'll stay with my cousin." I lied. There's no way garbage like me would actually bother such an important person like that. Sonia treats me very well, much more than I deserve, but I could never bring myself to worry her; so I would like to keep her out of this if possible.

"Alright, but if something happens you're always welcome here" Saihara smiled. He really is too kind.

Hajime's POV❤

Where is Nagito? Its nearly seven in the evening and he isn't here, what happened? Did I do or say something? God, im getting all worried about someone I seriously just met. I guess he is my roommate though, and my friend.

I run my hands through my hair and try to think of where he could have possibly gone, he left no trace whatsoever! I take out my phone and text Kazuichi.

God, he has the nerve to call me a simp? I do wonder though, are Nagito and Sonia dating? It shouldnt matter to me, but for some reason, my heart kinda hurts. Why does it beat so strangely whenever I think of him? And why does him missing hurt so much..
