Magnus POV
Magnus woke up, put on the grey shirt and immediately started looking for his phone. He walked over to a small table covered in books and had one lamp. Magnus looked underneath the table and saw the glimmer of his phone case and reached for it. Once he had it in his grasp he pulled it out looking for scratches. He sat on his knees looking at the long crack that spiderwebbed outwards. Was he going to get a new phone or deal with the cracks? Or was he going to use magic to fix the cracks. He'll go with the magic option.
Once the cracks were taken care of he turned on his phone. There were 3 new calls from Alec and none of them had a voice mail attached.
Magnus shrugged and walked over to thekitchen. He opened the fridge and grabbed a box of pizza. He set the box on the table and ate. He wasn't that hungry really but eating took away the pain. And he didn't have enough energy nor care to brew up a cocktail.
His phone started ringing. He walked up to the phone and rolled his eyes. It was from Alec, surprise, surprise. Magnus shocked himself by answering. Alec didn't seem to notice because he started the call off like he was leaving a voicemail.
"Hey Magnus. You are probably getting sick and tired of me calling. I understand, I would get sick of it too. But there's another reason why I'm calling. Yesterday I found those pictures that we took in Hong Kong. I found something else to, I found that white jeweled necklace. The one that you used to wear all the time? I'm sorry I'm not good at explaining. I remembered that I left that grey shirt over there. I laughed at the idea of you wearing it." Alec chuckled.
But Magnus remembered that necklace perfectly. It went with almost every outfit and it was centuries years old. It was also one of his favorites. He also felt hurt at the chuckle Alec had but it felt good to hear him laugh.
"It made my remember the quote on quote vacation we went on with the crimson hand? Yeah, that was really tiring. Anyways- Thanks for picking up even if I was the one talking the most."
Magnus was taken by surprise and said, "You're welcome. Bye Alexander."
"Bye."
Magnus was so surprised by how that conversation went. It was good hearing Alec laugh.
He punched himself to make sure that conversation happened and wasn't a dream. It wasn't a dream, thank god.
