"Just humor me Danny it maybe fun ." I give him the pleading look and he caves
"Fine fine I'll do it."
I jump up and grab a change of clothing and head into the master bath to change and throw a baggy shirt over top. I smirk at Danny and run to the back patio when I get closer I throw the shirt off and run/jump into the pool. Is it a bit crazy yes however I've always wanted to do this and his pool does have a heater in it so it isn't completely freezing.
"No. There is no way I'm gonna jump into that pool with a foot of snow on the ground. You are going to get sick come out now."
I swim over to him and take his hand only to drag him into the pool with me.
"FUCK! Adeline it is freezing."
"Oh it isn't that bad love."
after swimming for three hours he finally convinced me to get out so I head in and change into warm pj's and we sit on his bed an talk.
"Danny?"
"yeah Addy?"
"do you think if you didn't know me so well and I wasn't so crazy you'd ever love me?"
DANNYS P.O.V.
How do I respond is it cause she is tired and freezing is it the perfect setting does she want the truth do I even know the answer. I sit there with her beside me half asleep and I finally realize I'm obsessively in love with her. I must have sat there in silence for a long time cause she sits up and ask me if I'm okay. So I play dumb like I didn't hear her question and she smiles softly and repeats it. I look in her eyes and without thinking I do the one thing I never thought I'd have the courage to do.
"Adeline I'm already in love with you."
"I meant more than a friend kind of love Danny."
I waste not a second I pull her onto my lap and kiss her with every thing I have.
