(Season 2) Chapter 2

Kagari: "Please take a look at my work."

Fumito: "..."

Fumito: "Terrible."

(Excuse me!? He barely had a chance to read it!)

Kagari: "Then, how about this one?"

Fumito: "This is also completely unacceptable."

I've been working like crazy trying to churn out 100 screenplays. I show Fumito my work each day, but I still don't have anything to show for it.

Fumito: *Sigh* "Is this really the best you can do?"

Kagari: "You'll pissed me off... I'm doing on the next ones!"

Kagari: "But one thing... do you think you could give me some advice?"

Fumito: "Are you crazy?"

Kagari: "What!"

Fumito: "I'll give you my advice when you write something worthy of it."

Fumito: "Quit acting like a spoiled child, asking for advice on this garbage."

Kagari: "I'm not a spoiled child! So shut up and do it!"

(God! He's as tough as just like Takashi, but at least Takashi would give me advice on how to improve.)

(But I can't let this get me down.)

Kagari: "Phew, time to start all over..."

Kagari: "I have to think of something different from anything I've written before."

Just then, my cell phone rings. It's a video call from Kyohei.

Kagari: "Hello?"

Kyohei: "You answered by the third ring. Good work."

Kagari: "Well, you told me to. I don't want to have to pay a penalty."

Kyohei: "Oh yeah, about that, I thought of a really good one."

Kyohei: "So feel free to wait until after the third ring next time."

Kagari: "What exactly have you thought up?"

Kyohei: "It's no fun if I tell you in advance."

Kyohei: "I'll show you next time we see each other. You'll get a good taste."

(He's smiling a little too much.)

Kyohei: "You don't look too happy. Is Fumito giving you grief?"

Kagari: "W-Well..."

Kagari: "Honestly, it's tough. He hasn't accepted a single thing I've written."

Kyohei: "So, do you want to quit studying and come back to me?"

Kagari: "D-Don't tease me. You know that's the one thing I won't do."

Kyohei: "Well, you looked like you wanted to be teased."

Kagari: "N-No I didn't."

Kyohei: "Don't lie. I know you love it when I tease you."

Kagari: "Oh, stop! This conversation is getting off track."

Kyohei: "Sorry. I was so happy you told me how you really felt, I got ahead of myself."
