There's Something I Need to Tell You

I woke up to Savannah ' crying. "Shhh baby," I picked her up and bounced her. "Don't cry princess." I went downstairs to make Savannah her bottle.

I heard a knock at the front door. Who would be up at 7am?

I opened it to find....Chris.

"What are you doing here so early?" I asked.

"I'm here to see my daughter and help out." He said coming in.

I was shocked.  "How did you know I'd be up?"

"Lucky guess" he shrugged. "Can I hold her?" He asked pointing to her.

I gave her to him and went into the kitchen to get Savannahs bottle. I then came out to find Chris sitting on the couch trying to calm Savannah down. It made me happy to see him trying. I went over and sat next to him. He saw that I was still really tired.

"Go upstairs and get some rest. I'll watch Savannah for you." He said giving Savannah her bottle.

"Thanks." I smiled and headed upstairs.

I woke up again feeling fresh. I took a quick shower then dresses my self in jean shorts and a white tank. I put my hair in a messy bun and went downstairs. Chris was downstairs playing with Savannah who was giggling. It put a huge smile on my face.

"Good morning Chris." I said walking over to them.

He looked up. "Good morning beautiful." He said and kissed my forehead.

"How's my beautiful princess doing this morning." I said cooing down at Savannah.  "I should be asking you the same thing." Chris said flashing a smile.

I swear I could feel myself turning into a tomato.

He put his arm around me while keeping his eyes on Savannah. I rested my head on his shoulder and he turned back to me. He pulled me closer to him and smashed his lips on mine. It was so full of love and passion. I felt his tongue slide into my mouth and massaging my tongue. We devoured each other until Derek came in.

"Ewww guys get a room." I heard him yell going into the kitchen.

There was an awkward silence until he finally looked up at me again.

"Alison there's something I need to tell you." He said with fear in his eyes.
