'Billionaire'

You must know what I'm talking about

This type of thing isn't bad, in fact, millions of people on wattpad love them, but here are some of the things I find I bit weird about them.

1. A billion dollars.

Do they know how much that is?

That's like 1000 million, like no if it were 'millionaire' then I could maybe believe it, but it's still far from reality.

2. Age

Age matters a lot, and it just isn't believable when your character is a 'billionaire' at 22.

At that age, the character should be fresh out of college and trying to get a job.

They might still be in college.

The point is if you want to make your character a 'billionaire' then make the age realistic.

3. Player

This one is just. Terrible.

How can he be a player if he's 22, a 'billionaire', and CEO of some company?

He shouldn't have time to seek out women, HE himself should know that it's a not-so-smart move to try and sleep with a woman while running a billion dollar company.

any women could just accuse him of rape, he'd be done for, in this day and age if a woman screams "RAPE!", even if it were consensual it's still going to perceived as rape, if there is no evidence to support the claim, still is rape to millions of people.

4. 'Handsome'

So it just happens that your character is 22, billionaire, can get any girl he wants, and is hot

he should be overworked, he shouldn't be looking his, best because he's 22, running a billion dollar company, and still trying to shag girls.

No life doesn't work like that, well it could, but this is so unrealistic

If you want to prove me wrong then name a 'handsome billionaire that is of the ages '20-30'

Name one, then we can talk.

5. 'Mindset'

These billionaires here all they think about is the wrong stuff

When they should be thinking about stocks, or PPF, ( Production Possibility Frontier.)

In all his first priority should be to 'get laid', it should be to propel his business and to thrive in the market.

6. Work schedule

This I think is the thing that really sets me off.

They don't work a single bit! And if they do it's always mentioned when the MC is there helping him.

7. Inheritance

Do all billionaires on Wattpad have to inherit the company their fathers controlled once he died?

How can they inherit a company at 22? If their dad dies does that mean they have to inherit it right away? Cant their mom help out? What about the uncles? Even a family friend?

*Sighs* oh well or bad boy is all alone and needs to run the company himself.

I hope everyone knows that what I talk about is the majority, if you write billionaire books and you don't do this then, hooray!

If you do this, what I wrote is by no means hate against you, I am simply just writing down my opinion down, others might like these sort of things so keep writing it for them, I don't want to be the person to make you stop writing these billionaire trope books, so many people love them, you should just focus on the minority on Wattpad like me who just simply don't like them.
