Marnik: The Return Of The Jewel-Completed

Chapter One

Hadley's P.O.V

"Come on," I whispered holding the jewel up to Florence, "Come on. You stupid jewel do something."

"We need to get moving, Hads," Owen yelled at me.

"Give me five more minutes, please," I yelled back, "Star thing can we talk?"

The jewel started to glow. It go brighter and brighter. It sucked me and Florence into the light bubble. "Hadley, what do you need?" The star asked.

"How do I heal Florence?" I asked impatiently.

I've been trying to heal Florence since the night I got the jewel. We've been moving a few miles each day heading towards the direction the star sent us in. I still haven't seen much of Flana since the flammer. I know she's still alive though. I can feel what's alive in the planet now. It took awhile to get it under control. Feeling every living thing is really annoying. "Put the jewel in his wound and he should be healed," the star answered as it disappears.

Florence's P.O.V

I could feel the presence of Hadley even though I'm dead. I don't know how it why but I can. I could even feel the star when it started to talk to Hadley. When I felt the star disappear I felt Hadley push something into my wound. I started to breath when she did. They were shallow breaths at first but then they started to get heavier. I felt someone come and pick me up. I need to wake up, I thought, I need to wake up. I started to open my eyes. I felt all my strength return. When I got them open I saw the Jacob was carrying me. "Can gpu put me down please," I mumbled.

"Well look who's back from the dead," Jacob laughed.

"Not very funny," I responded, " This is my third time coming back from the dead it isn't very fun at all. "

"Hey at least your alive," Jacob cheered, " Hadley is going to be out of her sad stage. I'm just glad she never had the denial stage. It would be very hard to deny that you're dead if we're carrying your body around." He pit me on the ground and helped me walk. Wasn't that easy to do though. I might have most my strength back but that isn't what makes walking easy. "You've been down for four days."

"Florence!" Hadley exclaimed. She came up and hugged me. "That stupid star finally healed you."

"Easy please," I mumbled, "just awoke from the dead."

Lizzy's P.O.V

When Florence woke up Hadley looked like she was going to exploded. I've never seen her so happy before. I think she almost re-killed Florence again when she hugged. At least she is happy again. She's no longer down in the dumps. I still don't understand what the star means by the rightful heir to the planet is. Whatever it is Hadley is it. All I can think of right now is surviving the trip to the center of the planet. "We need to continue moving," Owen yelled, " I'm pretty sure that Gerdad has heard word that Hadley is alive and has the jewel. That means we need to get moving. "

"How!?!" Hadley exclaimed, "How did they find out I was alive?"

"Someone must've told him that he you were alive," I started, " he must've left behind a kid to watch over us. To see if anyone got healed and if the jewel was found. "

"That actually makes a lot of sense," Owen replied, "He knows the planet can heal someone and he knows it would if it was to save itself."

Gerdad's P.O.V

"Cam, where did you last see her?" I yelled angrily, "Where did you see Hadley and the jewel?"

"On their way to Hope Mountain," Cam told me, "they were only heading into that direction."

"Well we got to get boys heading that direction," I demanded, "Terrance, I'm putting you in charge of the assault. Your !mission is to kill everyone else  bit the girl Hadley. Hadley is going to be the one wearing the necklace. She will more than likely be in sandals or barefoot. Make sure you kill the rest and bring Hadley back to me. You will bring eight boys with you. At least come back with five of them. Understood?"

"Yes," Terrance replied.
