Ch-20: But how?!

All of them are leaning on the corridor railing and seeing them fighting. After 1 minute, they were like not going to stop for their lifetime and the sounds became louder. Luke finally shouts and speak,

"Enough guys. Stop it now." Everyone goes downstairs and walks up to them.

"You guys left without me? Do you even know what happened??!!" Amelia fake cried.

"Everyone knows about it. Now stop with your love-quarrels," Nancy tells and shush them.

"But how do you guys know?" V asks with an innocent face.

"We will tell later. Now everyone gets fresh and come down for breakfast, "jungkook tells while everyone agrees and goes to their own rooms.

After 20 minutes, everyone comes down for breakfast. Jungkook sits beside Nancy, but she is still ignoring him. Luke sits beside Scarlet while Scarlet was working on her laptop.

" You should take your breakfast first and not sitting on the laptop all day."
Luke tells with concerns.

"Yeah......I know, " Scarlet responds not moving her from the screen.

"What r is u doing?" Nancy asks while sipping the coffee.

"Nothing. This Mark named boy just bothers me all day. Can't he find anyone else to text?" While Scarlet tells that, Luke just gives a glance at her. And pours all the coffee in his hand on Scarlet's laptop!

"WTF???!!!!" Scarlet shouted at the moment and slaps Luke on his cheek like he was going to do sth dirty.
Jungkook and Nancy just smirk while Amelia chokes on her coffee and V patts her back. But Amelia gives him a glare.

"Ouch. Sorry. Just a slip of the hand. Who slaps like that for a simple thing?"

"You dickhead. Do u even know how much I worked on that.!!!"

Right. Never mess with Scarlet's favourite stuff and especially electronics.

"Ok, I'm really sorry."

"You spoiled my day, "Scarlet tells sitting on her chair and her arms crossed like an angry baby.

" The day is not over yet. And you need to come for some mission planning with me."

" Now?!"

" Yeah. Just let's go. See you guys later." Luke drags Scarlet with him and goes out of the house.

"My gosh. Jealousy was just clear in Luke's eye," Nancy tells after they left.

"Yeah. They are cute together," V agrees.

Jungkook nodds while eating and Amelia was still looking grumpy and an angry bird in front of V.

"Ah, jungkook. I have stg to talk to u about. Meet me at my research room after breakfast," Amelia tells and walks to the staircases.

" I'm done. I will go to my room," V tells and also gets up from there.

And then it was just Nancy and Jungkook. Nancy also gets up from her chair and walked away while ignoring Jungkook.

Jungkook POV:

Crap! That girl is still ignoring me, huh? I will also see how long she can stay away from me.

Amelia POV:

I am getting too much irritated whenever I see V. He is a total punk. He has the guts to talk to me even after yesterday night. I sit on a chair and stare at the little crystal ball which I got yesterday from the side of the water. This ball just seems unusual. So, I called Jungkook to discuss with him. But what is taking him so much time?

I saw V coming instead inside my room.

"Can't you stop pumping your cheeks like a football whenever u see me?"

"Why r u even here?"

"Cuz I want to."

Nancy POV:

I kept walking to my room while I see that the door of Amelia's research room was cracked open. I hear some shouting noises from inside. Oh sure, Amelia and V are again fighting. Wait, there is a little crystal ball on the table. It's attracting. Ugh....why do I feel like going near it. I just walk in without even having control of my own feet. Amelia or V doesn't notice me. I am taking the ball in my hand and.

"Ah..........what is this?" strong electricity runs through my body and I sit on the ground while holding my hand in pain. Jungkook comes in the room at that moment and sits beside me rushing.

"What happened?" he asked while supporting me. And Amelia and V also sat in front of me.

"We don't know."

Jungkook looks annoyed by them. He slowly takes my hand and caresses it while I see some light rays from his hand. WTF is this? But slowly the pain comes down.

"You ok, now?" he asks while looking in my eyes.

"Yeah."

"But what was that? And why are u here?" Amelia asks.

"I saw the door open and touched a crystal ball kept on the table. Just then this happened."

"Wait, that ball, " Amelia tells and picked up that ball from the ground and her eyes grew wide, "hey. This ball was crystal white. How did it have red rays after your touching it??!"
