Ch-28: Your girlfriend??!

Nancy POV:

And here I am just checking on all the things in headquarters. I don't have any options except to listen to Jungkook right now. But I'm really waiting for what's going to happen in the war. My thoughts get interrupted when someone knocks on my door.

"Come in." The door opens and a lady servant comes inside.

"Mam, sir sent the dresses for you in the ceremony tonight. And he told to make you ready by 8 o' clock."

"What? A cere-" oh shit! I forgot that there was a ceremony tonight and it's already evening. But I don't want to go there. And there is much time left.

"I will get ready later."

"Sorry, but we got the order. You are told to get ready now and meet sir."

What does jungkook want? Why will I always listen to him? I'm not going to meet him and that's final. And right then I receive a text on my phone. I open it and see it's from jungkook probably."Do as you are told to do. Or you know what happens."

He is gonna pay. That punk. Just let me get him once. I sigh heavily and went to the dressing room with the servant.

After 1 hour:

Sheesh. It took 1 hour to get ready with the dress, hair, and make-up. The dress is pretty. But why does jungkook care so much about my presentation at the ceremony? All he can do is just annoy me and hurt me. He also told me to meet him at his office now. Ah.....no choice except to go.

Jungkook POV:

I am sitting in my office and scrolling my phone. I look at the time. I told Nancy to come by this time. And then I hear the doorknob open and Nancy comes in. She is wearing the dress that I sent for her and she looks perfect and fabulous. I need to control myself.

"Why did you want to meet me? And there is a lot of time still left before the ceremony."

"Yeah. I just wanted to introduce you to someone."

"Who?"

"My father."

"And why?"

"Nothing, " I tell while standing from the chair and walking to the doors," He wanted to meet my girlfriend. Nothing else."

"Wait, what? Who is your girlfriend? Jungkook wait and answers my question."

I didn't answer any questions and enter the car. I took the driver's seat and Nancy also sits beside me.

"Hey, when did I become your girlfriend?"

"Oh, you already kissed and spent the night with me. And now the problem if I call you my girlfriend?"

"That's not the point."

"Whatever. Just behave well in front of my father."

"Why do I even need to go to the ceremony?"

"To make you my finance."

"What??!! Stop the car. NOW."

"Haha.....calm down. It's nothing like that."

"It will never be."

"Like you know."

"In your dreams."

After some minutes, we reach the party hall. It is empty. As some time is still left for the party. Nancy looks cute when she is angry. I love to tease her. Both of us walk to the room where my father is.

Nancy POV:

I follow along jungkook and enter a room behind him. I see an old man sitting on the sofa and watching a file. This must be his dad. The old man looked at me and smiled.

"Oh, you guys are finally here. Take a seat. So, you are his girlfriend?"

"Umm. Not exactly girlfriend."

"Uh, I understand."

Then he talked with me for 10 minutes about headquarter things and blah blah blah. When he was going to say something about my magical powers, jungkook spoke out.

"Enough. The party is going to start soon. We will leave," he tells and drags me out of the room.

"What is this jungkook?"

"You don't have to know everything. The war starts tomorrow. Don't do anything except what you are told to do."

"I know right what I have to do. Where is your mother?"

"She died when I was 2."

"Oh, I'm sorry."

"Don't be. It was simple for you to ask that."

After a moment there was an announcement for the ceremony to start. Jungkook goes up to the stage and took the whole power of Citrines. All the girls are too much attracted to him. There is nothing that special in him. Wait.....why do I feel like this when he is with another girl? Uh....i can't have feelings for him.

I correct myself repeatedly and went up to the stairs up to the rooftop. I see Amelia and V standing closely and laughing.

"Hey, lovebirds. Having a good time?"
Both of them looks back in shock and Amelia stuttered.

"Uh, it's nothing like that. When did u come?"

"Just now. Did I miss something?"

"No. Are you ok now?" V asks.

"Yeah, I'm fine. So, the war starts tomorrow."

"Yeah. Oh, I have stg to tell you about your powers," Amelia tells.

"I want to go with you guys too," V naggs.

"Just stand there. Don't move an inch," Amelia gives him a glare.

Both of us go to Amelia's office which was 2 minutes distance from the party hall. Amelia looks at my neck and her eyes grew wide.

"You already have that mark?"

"Y-yeah. But I don't know the reason."

"You will know later. Jungkook is always too fast."

"Wait, what?"

"Nothing. "
