Ch -08:Alone but together

Author's POV:

Nancy is in her room while watching TV. The weather's quite good. It's the outset of winter. So, there is a cold and relaxing breeze all around. But the problem is that Nancy is surely hungry as she didn't eat anything even at night.

Nancy POV:

I was watching some anime peacefully. But then I feel my stomach grumble out of hunger. I am really hungry but even Luke is not here now. I don't want to go that jerk. But I feel really hungry and my head is dizzy. I slowly got up from my bed while turning off the TV. I went up to the window and inhaled the fresh breeze. There is an open beach in front of my window. Then I felt someone unlocking the door behind me. The door opened while revealing jungkook.

"Are you planning to starve for the whole day?"

"None of your business. And how did get the key to my room?"

"Come on. Before your room, it's my house. So isn't it pretty simple that I will have the keys?"

"Whatever, " I rolled my eyes, "what do you want here?"

"I just came to call you for breakfast," he said coldly.

"Just send it upstairs. I don't want to ruin my appetite by having breakfast with you. "

"Oh really. And now you are coming downstairs or you don't get food."

"Ah...why did Luke even leave me with you?"

"Aww don't worry. I will take good care of you, kitten."

"Back off with the kitten thing."

"Oh...," he smirked and told, "whatever. Take a shower and come downstairs."

"Yeah. Now get out of the room or do you want to watch me strip?"

"It would be my pleasure to watch you strip, babygirl."

"Shut up and get out you pervert." I kicked him out of the room and locked the door.

He is such a pain in the neck. I took a shower quickly and changed into a simple outfit from the closet.

I go downstairs and see jungkook sitting on the couch while looking at some papers and talking with a girl. The expression of that girl seems flirty and wanting to seduce him but jungkook was focused on the papers. He looks serious.

Whatever I should just take my breakfast with me and go upstairs without telling him. I go to the kitchen and searched for some food near the cabinet.

While searching for something to eat I felt warm breath on my neck and a pair of hand beside mine.

I turn the edge of my vision and see jungkook standing and leaning so close that his lips were almost touching my neck. Why the fuck is he so close??! I stomped his feet hard and pushed him away from me.

"Ouch....that hurts," he told while hissing in pain and touching his foot.

"Why the heck were you so close, huh?"

"I can do whatever I want."

"No, you can't."

"Why did you have to stomp so hard?"

"Shut up now. It was your fault anyway."

"Ok now. Why are you here?"

"You called me downstairs for breakfast."

"So, you should just call me and not like sneaking in the kitchen."

"Ok, whatever. I'm hungry right now so can I have my breakfast?"

"Sure. Umm. I have something special to show you."

"What?"

"Just come with me."

"I don't trust you. First, tell me what it is?"

"Aish...you will like it. Now come on."

He starts to walk out of the kitchen. I don't have any other option right now except to follow him. Hope he doesn't have something crazy on his mind.
