Finale

A/N: So this is the last chapter of this book and I know it's always been in your P.O.V. but for the finale it will be in Riker's.

Riker's P.O.V.
Me- YN!!!
EX- *laughs*
Me- You just pushed my girlfriend out the window you murderer.
I run out of the building as fast as I can and round to the back near an old parking lot. I see YN lying on the floor. She looks completely lifeless. I bring out my phone and call for an ambulance. I then phone the gang and tell them what happened. They said they were going to meet me at the hospital asap. I scoop her up in my arms. In a few minutes the ambulance arrives and takes her away. I jump in the back and sit on a seat opposite the bed she is resting on.

I get out of the vehicle and meet up with my family and friends. Rydel runs over to me and hugs me. My brothers come over and join her.
Rydel- She'll be fine Riker don't worry.
Me- But what if she isn't? What if she dies?
Amy- She won't I promise.

We've been waiting for 30 minutes now and still nothing. Eventually a nurse comes over to us.
Nurse- Are you here for YN?
Me- Yes! Is she ok? Please tell me she's ok.
Rocky- Dude calm down.
Nurse- From such a high fall YN has damaged her brain from the injury. At the moment she's in a coma. We are taking special care of her and making sure she stays in the best condition we can offer. She is in the ICU if you want to visit her.

When we arrive in the ICU. There she is with tubes everywhere on her. I feel like I wanna collapse. I kneel down by her bed and place my hand over hers. Her skin looks as white as a ghost and she still looks lifeless. I couldn't help but start crying. I feel a hand on my shoulder. I look up and it's Amy.
Amy- I know how you feel. I felt the same when my mom and dad where in a car crash.
Rydel- When was that?
Amy- Not that long ago.
FN- So you didn't know that they kicked YN out?
Amy- No I didn't. I only found out because the hospital contacted me. I went to their funeral but it wasn't much. At the time I had no clue I had a twin sister and I guess they disliked her so she wasn't invited.
Rydel- That's so sad.
Amy- Riker, we are all behind you and here to help and we will do everything we can to wake her up.
A nurse walks in as Amy speaks so she heard what she said.
Nurse- If you want some help there is a few ways. Just by visiting her can help. Also you can read or talk to her, even playing music-
Me- Music?!
Nurse- Yes that can help.
Me- Guys I've just had an idea. Excuse me nurse?
Nurse- Yes?
Me- Would it be ok if we brought some instruments in here?
Nurse- I will have to go and ask but I think you possibly could.
Rocky- Riker what are you thinking?

We arrive back home to pick up our acoustic instruments. I run inside our house and start picking them up and loading them into the van.
Me- Guys, come and help me.
Rydel- Riker, what are you doing?
Ross- Look stop a sec and tell us what's up.
They lead me back inside and sit me down on the couch. We don't have time to just sit around and chat. I need to wake YN up.
Rocky- Ok dude. Tell us why you want to bring the instruments to the hospital.
Me- The nurse said that if we play music it could help YN wake up.
Rydel- But it might not work Riker.
Me- Then we'll have to keep playing the song.
Ratliff- I guess we could try.
Me- Ratliff thank you.
Rydel- Fine but we not gonna continue playing it.
Me- I do not promise that.
The guys help me pack the instruments in and we head back to the hospital. We left FN, Amy and Lauren at the hospital. They told us they would ring if something happened.

As we get back to YN's room we can hear the girls singing. They must have started a while ago because they had almost finished. We walked in to hear them end it off.

FN stops the music and we clap at how amazing they were at singing.
Me- Thanks you guys. Hopefully it will help wake her up.
Amy- No prob Riker.
She walks over and gives me a quick hug then goes and joins FN and Lauren outside.
Me- So are you guys ready to sing.

A Few Days Later
Me- Guys what took you so long?
Ross- Sorry bro, we had to get some sleep.
Rydel- Unlike you. Riker have you even had at least a minute's nap?
Ok so maybe I haven't been sleeping for the past few days but that's only because I need to make sure YN's ok and she is comfortable and everything. Rydel gives me a look.
Rydel- Riker you need some sleep.
Me- I'm finding it hard too. I'm too scared that something might happen to her and I won't be able to help her. Look can we play the song please?
Rocky- But promise you'll go to sleep after and if something happens we'll wake you up.
Everyone gets their instruments and we start playing.

The room goes quiet as we end the song. The only noise we can hear is the the monitor in sync with YN's heart. Why won't she wake up?! I need her. I love her. Stay with me. I crouch down by her bed. I reach for her hand and link it with mine. My head rests on the bed and tears start to fall from my eyes. There is only three noises in the room. Myself crying, the others silently breathing, and the monitor. Beep, beep, beep... beep... beep... beep.
