Thunderstorm: Unforgettable

Chapter 6

An alarm goes off at seven Keith waking up groggy. He looks in front of him and sees Troy fully clothed in a SHIELD uniform sitting on the couch.

" Good morning Troy." Keith said in a soft tone.

Troy ignores him as if he isn't there. He gets off the couch and leaves the dorm.

" Good morning Kieth, how are you today?" Keith says with sarcasm.

" Artemis." He calls and there's no response.

" Dang, she left early." He rushes takes a quick shower puts his uniform on. He heads to the cafeteria and Artemis and Troy eating at a table. He grabs his tray of food then approaches them.

"So we're supposed to wake up early," Keith says standing.

" No, it's just a force of habit. Don't just stand there sit." Artemis says.

He tries to sit next to Troy, Troy puts his leg up on the seat next to him.

" Seriously," Artemis says to Troy.

He tries to sit next to Artemis and Troy takes the knife out of his sausage and throws it precisely where Keith was going to sit.

" Troy McCall, ARE YOU..." She says about to scream.

" It's fine, I probably deserve it," Keith says and quickly leaves.

" Why are you acting like this?" Artemis says with anger her voice.

" You heard him, he deserves it," Troy says.

" Look I understand the fact that you hate that he doesn't remember you, but a knife is too far but seriously man, why?"

Troy thinks of an answer. And says nothing.

" Answer me!" She demands.

" Read my mind." He says.

"No, were in.."

" We work for SHIELD now we can't afford them to know our business. So read my mind. And make look normal."

She stands up walks to his seat sits next to him and leans on him and closes her eyes. She sees Troy in the same uniform Keith first wore looking at the security recording.

Keith and a young woman with blonde hair green eyes she stands to about a  few inches shorter than Keith in the same uniform are standing holding hands.

"Why would  you want to do this?" the young woman asked.

" Because I want to, I have to" Keith said.

" But what about Artemis and Troy they'll be hurt by this, they're like your family and they never understand why you did it.."

" I don't expect them to, looking back most of my life has been nothing but pain, I just want to forget it all."

" I love you so much." The young woman said hoping that it would talk him out of it.

" I love you too." Keith says. He hugs her and she faints. He walks past the camera field of vision returns back to his starting point.

" Take care and goodbye."

Keith gets in his capsule behind him pulls out a remote and press a blue button. A giant gun points to the capsule fire a blue ray after it finishes firing Keith is unconscious.

Troy is watching full of tears sees the date seeing it happened five days before he saw it.Artemis opens her eyes.

" I can't believe he did that," Artemis says with tears in her eyes and cries.

Daisy walks over to them alarmed.

" Is everything alright?" Daisy asked.

" No," Troy said.

"What happened?" She asked.

" Death in the family," Troy said with tears in his eyes.
